I looked at my phone, it was a number that I did not remember or realize. I looked back at the clock and then stared at my phone, it vibrated on the table next to me. I reachead out and answered it waiting for a hello on the other line.
"..."
"Hello, am I speaking to Axel Smith?" The voice was raspy, and unknown, I took a breath before anwering.
"U-u-uh yeah. Who is this may I ask?"
"The name is... Tyler."
"OH MY GOD TYLER YOU SCARED ME!!!"
"Hahahahahaha, sorry. Anyway what are you up to?"
"Doing Dylan's homework."
"Oh...... burn it!"
"W-what I can't just burn it?!"
"If he hurts you come to me in the Principals Office. Got it?"
"Y-yeah thx."
"Anytime. Me and Dylan are going to a campfire, do you wanna join us?"
I leaned into the hallway where my roomates were and sighed,
"I wish I could, but I gotta stay with my roomates are home and I can't leave them at home. You know what happened last time." I heard Tyler whisper something to Dylan before he answered again,
"Why don't we go to your house instead and stay the night, huh. How would you like that?"
"I-i-i-i-i.... yes i would LOVE that."
"Nice just send me your address and we'll be their in a jiffy."
"Hahaha, thx Tyler and see you soon."
"Yeah see ya. Bye"
"Bye" As soon as I dropped the phone I ran downstairs and cleaned up before I send my address to Tyler. I looked aroung and brought out some spare drinks and snacks for when they got here, over my shoulder I could feel someone staring at me I turned around and saw it was Mason, Dylan's twin brother. I swallowed as he started walking towards me,
"Do you need any help there?"
"U-uh No thanks, I've got it all."
"Hey, I'm sorry for what I said and that I told your Uncle about you and Ryan." I dropped the bottles and stared at him, my eyes began to water, but I still stared at him straight in the eyes.
"I FUCKING HATE YOU, YOU RUINED MY FUCKING LIFE." I yelled at his face before running upstairs to my room and cried my eyes out. Downstairs I could here the doorbell ring but, I didn't want to pick it up not after what I had just heard. I don't know how long I cried for or even when I finally fell asleep.
