"Ghosts, angry spirits, demons, and many other names, are known around the world by absolutely everyone. No matter what religions or traditions a country has, everyone has ghosts! Yet there are people who do not believe in them for lack of evidence, but there are many testimonies from people who have experienced paranormal events in their life, with photo or video evidence! So why are there still skeptics?
Tonight at 6 p.m. on your favorite radio station we will tell the stories of the listeners and also some of the staff! If you want us to read your stories live, send it to us on our mailbox : AcrylicGhosts@o-.
Avril cut off the radio. She was doing her homework when she finally noticed that the music had given way to a commercial of a stupid show . Did they just talked about ghosts or did she dream it ? Ghosts ? Really ??
She doesn't believe in them at all. Never experienced anything that was strange or paranormal that would have pushed her to believe in it or even take an interest in it.
Avril, or Ava as she's known to her friends, is a photography student. She is 19 years old and lives alone in a small suburban apartment that her friends nicknamed 'the Taverne of Rats' ".
The only experience that she could name "paranormal" is one time at a party, they had taken out a Ouija board for fun, even if the internet said NEVER DO IT! When you have alcohol in your blood, even if you challenge God to a duel, your friends will just laugh.
They were all sitting on the ground in the dark, accompanied by a few candles and empty bootles of beer (for the atmosphere) and had waited 1 hour with their fingers on the planchette, so that finally, the only coherent word they had received from a certain ghost, was the word "cheese". And again, Avril was sure that it was Tania who had moved her finger on purpose to set the mood (which had actually worked since everyone in the room had burst out laughing).
Since then, Avril has looked no further to ask if they really existed or not. Frankly she just didn't care. And then at worst, if she was wrong and they did exist, and a ghost wanted to kill her or steal from her fridge at night, she could just capture them with her vacuum cleaner like in Luigi's Mansions.
An alarm clock on her phone went off. It's time to go to work. Avril takes her school bag and puts her homework in it, she also takes her headphones, and puts on her shoes. She grabs her keys from a small cabinet in front of her door and leaves her apartment, then closes the door behind her.
Somewhere in her apartment, something wakes up.
