Fuck off mate

Sebastian POV

“Fuck!” Of everybody, it had to be Steven.

“We can’t kill Steven! It’s Steven! My sweet, cute Steven!”

“I know, Titan. Please let me think.”

“Seb, what was that?”

“Someone heard me. A wolf.”

“Fuck! Do you know who it was?”

“No,” I lied, knowing what would be his next move if he knew who heard me. “Even if I knew, what could we do? Kill the wolf? It would only make the whole pack panic.”

“We could make it look like an accident…”

“Nah, it won’t work.”

“Sebastian, we don’t have a choice anymore, we need to attack,” My beta urged.

“No!”

“What? Why?”

“Dude, you gotta calm down or he’ll see that there’s something wrong.”

“Says the one who was almost panicking at the idea of the kid getting hurt…”

“Oh, common! You would do anything to avoid him getting hurt.”

“No, he’s not our mate. Why would I even care for him?”

“Not our mate? Do you want to talk about those hot dreams?”

“It’s your fault. I know he’s not our mate so please, please shut up or take control and manage this situation before I get a headache.” Titan seemed to get the message because he didn’t reply. He’s definitely going to bring back the subject later.

“Seb? You’re still there?”

“Yes, sorry ‘bout that…”

“Fighting with Titan again?”

“You got it, man. Even on the other side of the phone, you’re still able to guess.”

“Yeah, I know you too well, what do you want me to say?” he laughed and I let out a small sigh of relief: I successfully defused the situation. “Concentrate Philip, we need to decide what to do, now.”

“Well, I still think that we should attack.”

“Yeah, but it would blow out our cover…”

“It’s already blown out.”

“What about the kids? There is a lot of kids and women in the pack.”

“Let’s separate them from the warriors and then fight.”

“Fine but I want everybody to be safe. Not just women and kids. As long as they aren’t fighting, then they’re safe. Understood?”

“Loud and clear. I’m telling our wolves to get ready.”

“Wait! Don’t hang up dumb beta!” My wolf suddenly took control, yelling in the phone like he would die if Philip hung up.

“Yes, Titan?” The ‘dumb beta’ isn’t that dumb huh? Guessing who is his interlocutor with only one sentence…

“I need you to protect Steven. Even if he fights back. Do not let him get hurt.”

“No! Titan! What are you saying? Stop it!”

“Chill, just listen,” he advised before he continued out loud. “It would be a shame if I lost all my chances with those sweets buns…”

“Got it, boss. The sweet buns will be safe!” I growled. I don’t like how Philip talks about Steven.

“Calm down, big bad wolf. He’s just repeating my words.”

“That’s not an excuse.”

.         .         .

I looked at my pack, proud to be their alpha. They were all strong and loyal to their pack, even tho it wasn’t the one they were born in. They were loyal to me, even tho I destroyed their old pack. With time, they had understood that it wasn’t against them. If we want peace, then it’s better with just a few packs. With too many packs, a peace treaty would be almost impossible, everyone wanting some personal accommodations. Of course, there are always a few wolves that stay loyal to their old pack. I give to those three choices. The first one is to leave and live as rogues, the second, to die and join their dead friends and alphas. The last choice, the one that is picked most of the time, is therapy to ease their grief. They can join our pack with their mind at ease after it. Some would call it brainwashing but I don’t think it is. The therapy is only a helping hand tho their mourning: if they don’t want help, then the therapy will be useless. “Alpha!” I jumped a little when I heard Philip yell.

“Yes! Are you guys ready?”

“We are.”

“Let’s go then,” I simply said, changing in my wolf form. They all changed, following my lead. Only, when we arrived, the show before us weren’t the one I was expecting. Instead of angry wolves ready to protect their territory, we were in front of the most empty village I’ve ever seen. They’re gone. They ran away! “Find them! Kill them if they put a fight!” I was furious: they had escaped me. “Not for long, I can still smell them. They’re approximately twenty kilometres away to the south.” I smiled. “They are heading south,” I communicated to my troops. Well, Steven, let the hunt begin!

Alright, let's open the bets: how long do you think the Sunset-Snow pack can last before the Ash band troops catch up?

I'm surprised he didn't go after Stephen to prevent him from telling anyone. But I suppose he's right that it would be suspicious for Steven to just disappear too

“I promise, as soon as I get out of here I’m gonna kill you!” The younger wolf growled.
“Aww, don’t make promises you won’t keep, little omega. I don't want a liar as my mate and luna of my pack now do I?” chided the other, smirking in front of the bars who kept the omega locked up.

When an unknown alpha appears in his calm little pack, claiming he is there for an alliance, Steven feels there is something wrong. Why would the alpha of one of the strongest packs existing ally the weak Sunset snow pack? Besides, being himself an alpha, why would the stranger flirt shamelessly like this?

Sebastian is the alpha of the Black forest pack. With the only goal of taking over the small pack to increase the force of his own, he approaches the Sunset snow pack. What he didn’t plan was the condition the alpha of the Sunset snow pack puts in place for an alliance. Plus, there is this attraction to one of their alphas but alphas can’t be mates?

I will try to post weekly
Also, it's my first novel so I'm sorry if it's rough.
