108 3E (Before the Gawa episode)

A few hours after Luna left Horagodi, with no direction and no experience, after she said goodbye to her mother, who remained with the body where she died, she returns home, packs her backpack and takes a map to go to Sarasi 'ha, find Gawa. While following the direction of the signs to their destination, two monsters, of medium height, deformed body, with a large hump and with the body surrounded by blood, emerge from some trees that were on the left side of the road, not knowing what to do. , she runs, screams and cries in fear, after all, it wasn't normal that kind of monster during the day, something was wrong, so halfway there she gets lost in the B'yoku Forest, not knowing how to get out of there, her memory de Horagodi returns, remembering her parents' faces, and with it, being consumed by loneliness, anger and deep fear. She sits by the side of a tree, there was an air of security there, at least it seemed, so she decides to go wherever fate leads her. Luna didn't know how long she was there anymore, she felt hungry and thirsty, she also had injuries on her body, anyway, Luna feared death, but it was inevitable. However, she finds a wood, and oddly enough, there were hunters in it, with a different appearance, kind of mysterious (?) Then, near the place where Luna had hidden, a boy approaches, apparently a member of these hunters, feel the presence of a strange being, a possible apparition.

— I smell different around here, Dad.

— Hm. I also feel a strange presence, let's check it out. — Said, a little scared, the boy's father.

The two then check all the woods, the boy, whose name is Adrian Muth'ran, finds a helpless girl, consumed by fear, sadness and hate, all of this showing in his eyes... it was she, Luna, hidden behind the big tree in the grove.

—W-Who are you? — Adrian called scared, about to draw his dagger.

—I-I-am... — Luna said, hesitantly and with some fear...

Luna heads to his father's location, arriving there, they decide to return to the camp, as the dark energy increases more and more in the forest.

After a walk towards the camp, in the middle of the way a monster, supernatural looking totally disgusting, eyes and body deformed and of medium height. Appears suddenly in front of the group, then, with protective instinct, Adrian's father uses a repulsion magic to get Luna and Adrian out of their place, thus being able to protect and execute the monster with mastery, and in the blink of an eye, it disappears. , joining the forest mist, and through several flashes of light, it was possible to perceive the arrows as if they were stationary, around the monster, and in a snap of a finger, they all went directly to the creature's body, completely crossing that body, however, that was not enough, the monster that until then had not demonstrated his skills, he quickly noticed the speed at which the hunter was moving, and then predicted his next position, which was behind his back, and as soon as he noticed, with a step back, he swung his left fist towards the position of the man and hit him with a punch. But something stopped him from hitting, it was Adrian, using a protection spell...? And the force that hit the magic shield, went through behind the hunter, devastating everything behind him. After touching the magic shield, the creature's fist became heavy, it could not move, as if the applied force had turned into a weight and returned to the one who applied it, and through this unique opportunity, the hunter disappears and appears climbing his back of the monster, and before the monster defended itself with the other fist, he shot the arrow directly in the back of the head, through its throat, hitting its vital point, the creature was dead.

A few minutes of walking later.

— Luckily, none of you were hurt, and ... neither did I ~hehe~ — expresses Adrian's father with a relieved tone — Now, Adrian, we need to know the whereabouts of this girl.

— So, I found her near some trees, I believe that if she were an enemy, she would have already tried to kill us, and besides, she is a little girl.

— I assume she must be a survivor of the Horagodi massacre? — Said Lyonh, who had revealed her name to the little girl Luna ..

       After 1 year and a half living with hunters and hard training the basics of sorcery, it was time for Luna to go on her way to find Gawa and leave the forest, but a day before leaving, Adrian, who had met and participated in this stage in Luna's life, invited her to go to one of the secret woods, this one in particular was surrounded by magnificently beautiful moonlight, several separate tree trunks, with a lake covering the center of the wood, flowers and various domesticated animals.

— Wow... what a beautiful place, I didn't know it — Luna expresses with a great affection for the place — Why do you think there is a secret in the name? — adds Adrian.

— But why did you call me here?

— Luna, I know you're leaving tomorrow, the training we had here together was very good, you know you've matured a lot. However, I have to ask you a favor...

— Luna, after you find Gawa, try to enroll in the Academy of Sorcery, you'll do very well there — Adrian says with a very happy face, showing her pride.

— I don't know... I think I'll try fencing like my father always wanted me to learn.

      By the time Luna had separated from Adrian, and was returning from the woods, a mist appeared around the place that Luna was, a lady who proclaimed herself elder of the camp, stopped her and quoted the following words.

      There she was, feeling anxiety, happiness and fear of not knowing what she would find along the way, but happy to finally be solving countless issues in her life.

Luna recalled a year and a half ago, before leaving Horagodi, she was lost, not knowing what to do and where to go, after all, she was left to the mercy of fate too soon. But she just feels like she has to leave, grabs a map, and a photo of her parents since she was in the wreckage of what was left of her house. That same photo, which she lovingly keeps in her backpack before leaving the forest.

      In the center of the camp, where everyone was gathered to say goodbye to Luna.

—So the time has come, Luna.— says Lyonh, a little emotional and nostalgic — I remember your first training, despite having learned easily to master spells, you were not very good at putting it into practice, you went to practice the spell of sharpening a piece of leaf, and when he came close to the training doll, to say he made a scratch is to overestimate too much ahahahaha —

Luna just laughs shamelessly, she looks and starts to feel something extremely comfortable. It was gratitude. Gratitude for being taken in by the hunters, for being their apprentice, and for feeling loved again.

— So... I think it's time to go, right? — Luna approaches and hugs Lyonh tightly — I'm very grateful for everything you've done for me, really.

     And then she hugs each of the hunters, saying goodbye to them, but one was missing, Adrian, he wasn't there in the crowd, but from a distance watching from the top of a tree branch, the reason? He didn't want to deal with the farewell directly, but he'd prayed for her all night. 

Before, Luna went to the road that led to the end of that forest, looking back and seeing the goodbyes, she felt a fear followed by courage, grabbed her mother's necklace and decided to move on to what awaited her.

Meanwhile in the present timeline, from Lucien's perspective.

- Another day of boring theoretical class, I want to get out of this place and see what's out there, I want to see the royal guard and their armor! - Lucien complains in a loud voice to Leaf, who couldn't stand his complaints anymore. - And if we go out to explore one of these days at night? what do you think, Leaf?

— As long as I don't participate, that's fine — Leaf gets up and walks across the field

9:00 pm that same day in the central square

Lucien is repelled, Leaf grabs him and takes him away from the tree, then when Leaf asks if Lucien is alright, he sees him..
