sometimes what starts well all ends up broken on the ground and that's OK,
"it's OK to not be OK"
I promise, even if you just look it up, that phrase is all over the internet because we all don't feel ok somedays! sometimes we all deserve a good cry and that gallon bucket of ice cream all to ourselves! So if you need to I hope you all take the opportunity to just take a mental health day sometimes!
