Izuku pov:

I waved shutting the door, when it was shut the tears began falling. The car then began driving off and I began walking towards my house. I placed a hand on my stomach still sobbing as Kirishima opened the door. "Izuku come to mama" My mum said and I ran over nuzzling into her neck sitting on her lap "Shh mama has you baby" I rubbed my head rocking me "Mama I-I" she kissed my temple "I know baby, I know you love him" I whimpered "It's not fair" he rubbed my back "I'm gonna go make teas" Kirishima said quietly and my mum nodded "Okay hun" She wiped my eyes "Baby it's going to be okay mama promises" I take a few deep breaths then yawned "Mama why must our life be so hard" I said placing my head don her shoulder "I don't know baby but al I know is it's going to get so much better" I nodded closing my eyes "Mama I-I I'm" I said as I slowly feel to sleep.

Inko pov:

I look down to see my baby boy asleep "My poor baby" I whisper squeezing him gently "Mama will hallway be here to protect you" I whispered in his ear still running my fingers through his hair. Kirishima walked in "Thank you Kirishima" I said and he smiled "Please call me Ejiro" I nodded and he looked at Izuku. "Would you like me to take him to bed?" I shook my head "No" I smiled "It's nice for me to have him be my baby boy again and lay sleeping in my lap like this" he nodded and sat on the sofa "I feel sorry for him" I nodded "Yeah, the poor boys been through enough" he nodded sighing "But all they have to do is survive these nine months hmm" I nodded "Yeah, then they can finally be happy together" the boy nodded smiling "Yeah" I sighed as Izuku whimpered again "You know I think it might be best for him to be in his bed, do you mind?" Ejiro shook his head standing up then picked Izuku up gently and carried him up my ramp. I sighed then saw something on the floor so I reached down and picked it up, I looked it over and gasped.

Shoto pov:

I sat in my room crying as I hugged Izuku pillow close to my chest "Shoto" I heard my sister call "Hey Uraraka made some Soba" I continued crying "Do you want some?" I shake my head "O-oh okay" She sighed and shut my door. I then heard it open again and then shut. I waited a few seconds then heard soft humming as someone began running their fingers through my hair "Shhsh mummy's here Sho" I turned and faced her and she sat on my bed. I moved my head and laid it in her lap "Shhsh" she said wiping my face "M-my Izuku is gone. My warmth is gone." she nodded "It's so cold" she gave me a sad smiled and rubbed my cheek "I wish I could help" He glares "But you can't" I said harshly "I know I can't baby" I snuggle into her stomach "I want Izuku back" She began humming again "Sleep" she whispered rubbing up and down my noes gently "Sleep my sweet boy" I yawned and slowly began going to sleep.

Time skip: next morning

I wake up with a start and felt next to me for Izuku only to feel it cold. I sat up sighing and got out of bed still wearing my clothes from yesterday. I left my room making my way to the kitchen sluggishly "Good morning Shoto" Uraraka said cheerily. "Why you so happy" I grumbled and she gave me a sad smile "I'm not but I have to put on a happy smile and push through like we all have to." I turn away from the table and walked back to my room and laid on my bed. I hear a soft knock then footsteps "Sho" I look over to see Fuyumi holding a plate "Here" I look away from the pancakes "No they were Izuku favorite. They're not the same without him" She sighed and left. "Shoto you have to go..." I glare at Denki "Fuck off" I said harshly "O-oh okay" he walked out then I heard banging so I look over to see Bakugo at my door leaning against the frame. "Listen I'm not gonna make you do anything the first few days but I ain't letting you stay in this room for the whole time" I smile at him.

He sighed and walked over sitting at the edge of my bed "It's hard I know" he looked down at the floor "Leaving Ejiro the first time I did killed me." He then smiled softly "But I kept fight knowing it was to keep him safe and I knew I would see him again" he then looked up at the wall "And if he ha found someone else who made him happy then I would let him go but I would never leave his side because I would always want to be there for him" I sniffle hugging Izuku pillow "Just know that, that nerd love you more then life it's self and he'll be waiting and waiting, looking out his window fo the day when your car palls back up outside his house and you exit it" I smiled closing my eyes "He'll most likely be all grumpy with Inko and Ejiro the first few days then feel really sad" I glance at him "And he'll stay in his room for days but then he'll begin to feel somewhat better and start to feel better. Just like you will an when that happens you'll see that the time will fly by" I nodded and he sighed "Well then you should eat something. Even if they don't taste the same you'll need to stay healthy for when he returns right" he winked and I nodded "Now then eat" he stood up and patted my knee "It'll all be fine" I grabbed the plate as he shut the door. I stared down at the food for a few seconds then picked up my falk and began eating.

Izuku pov:

I heaved over the toilet my stomach not being able to empty anymore. I sat back panting the stood up and looked myself in the mirror my eyes red and puff from crying most of the night. I shook my head then rinsed my mouth out with mouthwash, I patted my stomach gently smiling. "Alright then let's get ready" I told myself. I walked over to my drawers and picked out an outfit that would hide my pudge round stomach. I was not ready to tell my mum or anyone yet. I stripped down until I was backed then pulled on a pair of boxers for extra comfort today, I then sat on my bed and pulled my jeans on my legs. I stood up and pulled them up doing up the button and zip after. I grabbed my cozy jumper top as I was chilly as it was April. I sat back on my bed and pulled on some ankle socks then my shoes, I stood back up and looked myself in the mirror

(Izuku's outfit)

I nodded then left my room smiling at my mum with Kirishima at the table "I'm going out for a while" Kiri stood up "I'm coming" I bit my lip and nodded "Fine" he ran over and bowed to me as I grabbed my keys "See you later mum" I called and Kiri smiled "See you miss Inko" she waved as we left "Kiri I need to tell you something" I said as we began walking away from my house "Sure what is it" I look down placing a hand on my belly "I'm pregnant" I said in a whisper "What?" he said stopping. I stopped and look at him nodding "Do-does h-he know?" I shook my head "No and I don't want him to, at least no yet. No one but you and Queen Rei  know" He nodded and smiled "Congratulation" I smile nodding "Thank you" he smiled at me walking back to my side as I began walking again "This is an appointment to find out exactly how far I am and to make sure everything is good" Kirishima hummed then pocked my shoulder "How far do you think you are?" I hum thing "About 7 ish week possible 8" he nodded smiling.

I huffed out as I noticed people looking at me, Kirishima was clearly on edge and ready to stop anyone, I smiled and sighed as I made it to the front of the hospital. I walked in and signed myself in then took a seat with Kirishima. I sighed and leaned back closing my eyes that was until my name was called "Midoriya Izuku" I stood up and smiled at Kiri "Stay here for me kay" he nodded and I followed the lady into a room. She then took my height, weight, blood pressure and temperature. She smiled as she noted everything "I'm glad to say you've put some weight on" I rubbed the back of my neck smiling "Y-yeah my boyfriend is to thank" she hummed then looked at the notes "So why are you here?" I placed the pregnancy test on her table "O-oh...Oh" she gasped and began typing quickly "Right I'll be giving you a scan to check how far. I'll also be giving you vitamins for pregnancy" I nodded and she smiled "Alright get on the bed and luft your top please?" I nodded and did as she said. She turned the light off then put a cold gel on me. She grabbed a stick-like wand thing and placed it to my stomach pushing slightly. I then started to hear a sound and I felt my eye sting and began to well up. The lady hummed as I look at the screen.

(The scan)

I then blinked looking carefully "Um excuse me but why are there two things?" she began laughing "Dear your having twins" I gasped and she nodded and moved the wand thingy and a different rhythm beated into my ear. "They both seem very healthy" I sighed in relief and she turned the machine off and gave me a tissue to wipe my stomach with "So you are 8 weeks along" I rubbed my belly smiling and she chuckled "You do seem small for 2 months with twins but that might be due to you being small" I nodded and she smiled "I'll set you an appointment for a few weeks and give you a call when you need to come" I nodded as she handed me a few Photos. 

I bowed to her then left smiling like an idiot as I reached Kiri "Woah someones happy" I nodded and he stood up "Right ready to go" I nodded and we walked out "Hey Is Shoto out today" he hummed and checked his phone then nodded. I gulp and looked down "C-can we go to the place I need to give someone something" he sighed and bit his lip "Fine But stay hidden" he called someone and a black car with black windows pulled up and we got in. I sighed as the car drove off. Once out sie the castle I felt my eyes sting. I shook my head and snuck inside. I was there long enough to know the blank spots where I wouldn't be seen. I locked on the queen doors. She opened it and gasped pulling me in "What are you doing in here" I rub the back on my neck and pulled out the photos from my pocket. I gave them to her "Here you grandchildren" I said quietly, she did a double-take then gasped "T-two" I giggled nodding. 

She hugged me tightly and cried into my shoulder "Th-thank" I hugged her back as tight. She let me go and smiled "Are these the copies?" I shook my head "Oh do you want them?" I hum and she looked over them again smiling "Well I can't put them up yet but yeah" she pouted then held them out "Why?" I asked smiling at her "I-I wanted to mack a little book for Shoto, you know when he does find out he'll have them and of course for yourself to look back on" I nodded smiling "Have them then. I'll have already taken a photo for my phone" she hugged me again then kissed my forehead "Thank you, Now go before you get caught" I nodded and waved to her as I snuck back out of the room and to the car, I sat in the seta putting my belt on pouting with tears in my eyes. Kiri sighed then pushed my head on his shoulder resting his head on mine "It'll be okay" he whispered and I nodded closing my eyes with my hand resting on my small belly.
