I thank all 113 of you for subscribing, it is much appreciated, truly.
Sadly, I will not be able to update this week because I had a death in my family this morning. I tried to channel my escapist tendencies into writing this week's chapter but it is mentally and emotionally taxing to try to do so when, to be frank, I just want to sob on the floor.
I'm sorry for this, hopefully brief, hiatus of sorts. I should be back in form by next week but since I've never really dealt with grief in adulthood, I have no idea if that prediction will come true or if I will still be needing a break. If I'm not ready by next week, this post will stay up until I am, along with an added note in the description.
I implore all of you to make sure your loved ones know you love them. I've denied the reality that I could lose any of my loved ones to death so I didn't make it a priority to reach out to them when I could and, now, I just wish I had that chance again.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Please take all the time you need to grieve ❤️ I can say that the sadness never goes away, but it does get smaller. Don’t be hard on yourself if it takes you longer than you expect. Sending you love and prayers.
We will all be here whenever you’re ready to write again. This is a great story so I will enjoy rereading the chapters that are here until there are more. Take care!
Dusty Miller's job isn't where he wants to find a partner...not again. As the executive assistant to Josie Pullman of Josephine Co., it's his job to make her life run smoothly. Which means he's in charge of making sure her new home gets renovated as fast as possible. Now, his job is putting him in the sights of Harrison Grace and Will Venn, the owners of the renovation company Josie has employed. Their growing interest in Dusty makes it harder for him to suppress his mutual desires.
But, how do you tell two alpha wolves that you're a dom/top?
