Once in the forest, Kara saw a figure laying on the ground. She gasped as she noticed who it was. It was Kein. Lying in a field of roses was the woman Kara had been searching for. She pushed Barnaby out of the way and rushed over towards her. Yet the closer she got, the more she realised how unprepared she was for this. She kneeled down towards Kein’s resting figure and smiled at her. She stroked Kein’s cheek and began to cry.
“Oh Kein...where should I start? I-I’m so so sorry for how I treated you all those years back. I never meant to hurt you, I was just shocked by what you turned into...You were never a monster...You hear me Kein! You’re not a monster!”
Kara’s tears streamed down onto Kein’s face. Yet Kein didn’t move.
“Is she fucking deaaaaaaad?!” Kara said as she dragged out the ending of the world.
Kara suddenly heard laughter. She looked down at Kein and before she could even mutter a word, Kein placed her two hands onto Kara’s face and gave her a sweet kiss against her lips. Kara’s heart fluttered with joy as she kissed her back. They were sharing a beautiful moment, well it was beautiful until Barnaby cleared his throat, causing the two to break apart.
Kara quickly snapped her head towards Barnaby and sent him a glare, which he casually sent back. Kein chuckled as she stood up from the ground while helping Kara up. Kara smiled brightly at Kein, her eyes never leaving Kein’s.
Sulian rushed over towards Kein and bowed. His ears were burning with all shades of red.
“H-Hello! I-I’m Sulian! Are you my m-master’s significant other?”
Kein smiled before crouching down to Sulian’s height. She ruffled his hair before suffocating him between her breasts. Sulian tried to get out of her hug as she squeezed him tighter. Sulian began to turn blue which finally caused Kein to let him go from her hug.
“Well...I don’t know if I’m her significant other but I do know she has feelings for me just like how I have feelings for her.”
“Oh, I see! Master told me that your breas-”
Kara rushed over and covered Sulian’s mouth with her hand. Her gaze darkened as she gave a gorilla-like expression towards him.
“I didn’t say anything...Right Sulian…”
Sulian nodded his head quickly as his face leaked sweat from fear. Once Kara released him, Kein laughed lightly from her words. She walked over towards Barnaby and picked him up bridal style. His ears covered his face as he turned away.
“What’s wrong my little bucky boy?”
Barnaby blushed before wiggling out her grasp.
“It’s nothing K-Kein”
Kein huffed yet accepted his answer. She felt the burning gaze of someone burning into her spine. She turned around and saw Kara glaring at her but her expression quickly shifted to a soft gaze. Kein tilted her head to the side in mere confusion of Kara but she eventually gave up on trying to find out why Kara was glaring at her.
“Kein, there’s so much I have to tell you!”
“Kara, there is so much that I have to tell you but our conversation must wait. I know we have much to catch up on and all but I must tell you this before anything happens...I...I....”
“You?” Kara asked with anticipation
“I killed Emzeira! I killed her and sent her head back to her family…”
Kara’s face paled as she flinched from Kein’s words. Kein’s inner beast didn’t like that one bit. Kein’s gaze darkened as her hair covered her face.
“I guess you only see me as a beast still...nothing more and nothing less...After all these years I thought you would’ve changed but I guess not…”
Kara reached out her hand towards Kein but Kein slapped her hand away before walking off, signalling Barnanby to come along with her. Barnaby shot Kara an intimidating grin before skipping along to follow Kein.
“No...No..No..No! Not again! I can’t have her walk away again! I let her slip out of my grasp four years ago, I can’t let that happen again!”
Kara stopped talking when she felt Sulian pull on her clothing. She turned towards him only to notice him pointing forward.
“She’s already gone…”
Kara’s heart panged with pain as fell onto her knees. She clutched her chest and screamed, causing the grass and flowers around her to die and dissolve away. Anger flooded her chest as she summoned her vines. Talking to them in a language of her own.
“Er tuchn nor thren sui ! Su van nai hei!” (My vines of thee, bring Kein Blouss back to me)
Kara’s vines sprouted down into the ground as she screamed with rage. Her vines captured her surroundings, killing them with the poison that swam through the vines' roots.
“KEIN SILEN BLOUSS! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!”
Kara’s vines began to retract into her arms when they latched around something. She heard a feminine yell. She knew that her vines caught a grasp of Kein. Kein was being dragged back by full force because of Kara’s vines. Once Kein was in front of Kara, Kara loomed over her with an insane look in her eyes.
“God dammit Kein! You! YOU! You’re driving me fucking insane! Just chill the fuck out and listen to me!”
Kein’s eyes flicked between violet and red. Her beast felt threatened and it wanted to eliminate the person that was causing it to feel threatened. Kein quickly swapped positions with Kara, her now being on top.
“Kara! You’re the one that needs to chill the fuck out! Who the fuck do you think you are dragging me against my fucking will!”
