Hello, I'm Fuun. And nightmares are nothing I'm not familiar with. (I have them often.)
People think that nightmares are scary and you'd be right if you didn't experience them every waking moment of your life. It's not something I'm depressed about it just takes time to get used to.
The first sighting was when I was five. It was a tall, lanky, dark figure crouching over the foot of my bed when I woke up. Its face was blank and it looked like it was scribbled in but it felt like it was whole. Screams didn't come out of me nor tears, moreover, it was curiosity. I called it Henry. Although Henry'sgone now I can still feel their presence and it's comforting.
I once told my mother about Henry and she laughed and said, "Aw. Sweaty, that's great. where is he?" She was cheery and happy, but when I pointed to them sitting in the corner she seemed disappointed at me when she turned her head away from me, Henrey fade. Maybe because Henry wasn't seen by her and that made him sad, was the reason he started to disappeared from my view.
After I asked mother where Henry went, she looked glad and explained to me that he didn't like anymore.
Fuun has been living with nightmares his entire life. Normally, dreams happen and then pass by without a second thought; Fuun's dreams creep into his everyday life and stay until they slowly resolve. These creatures of Fuun's dreams are a mystery to him and those around him.
