I appreciate y’all for being so understanding my brief hiatus. Working in this fashion comes with particular set of challenges, and though I anticipated them, I wasn’t really prepared for them. This is still very much a “learn as I go” type deal, and a lot of the learning has to do with how to manage my own stress and time.
I think I’ll be able to return to the normal posting schedule from here, which will make the next update on Tuesday, November 23rd!
As a reminder, if you’re interested in extra content about the comic-making process, or the world of the Ballad of The Witch Doctor, you should check out my Patreon! It’s real cheap, and even just a little goes a long way to help me cover the cost of making.
Or, if you can’t subscribe but still want to contribute, you can leave me a tip on Ko-fi at your leisure!
Any amount of support means the world to me.
Corvus Kestrel is a renowned doctor, with a passion for the arcane arts. Though he has many talents, he has one ultimate goal: find the cure to "The Stain," a necromantic disease that has wrought havoc upon the continent of Endeamon for centuries.
As the third wave of this deadly plague encroaches upon his home, the doctor happens upon a mysterious scroll that may unlock the secret to the cure; a key that lies hidden in a powerful ritual.
But as nature must balance itself, so must magic, and some secrets come at a terrible price.
When swearing to "do no harm" comes at the cost of saving lives, can the doctor keep his promise?
