When you are in your enemy's place and your enemy is much stronger and has outnumbered you, you should do as the enemy told you to do.
This is one of the words that I have received from Keith Lisbonn, my father, before he died.
He raised his hand, commanding the vampires around to stop aiming at me.
"Who is this lowly person who dares to block our way?" one of them said.
"Yes, let's aim for him too and present their heads to The Great Lord Bradley," another one said. There was a panicked lilt in his meek voice, but what he said irked me.
Bradley.? This name rang a bell in my mind. Who was he? Have I ever met him before?
"I am a good person who is giving you all the last chance. Better back off or else." the hooded figure’s aura had suddenly become frightening.
"No, we work for Lord Bradley. A lowly person like you can't beat us!" the first vampire said.
"Tch,” the man holding me scoffed,"I see, so you all have chosen death. Well then, let's grant the wish you all want so badly"
And then the man opened his hood. All I could see was tufts of blond hair, deep set turquoise eyes that rivalled the gods, a body that every woman would want and his hand gripped on a cane. The cane had jewels embedded into it.
“Why have I forgotten?” he asked himself "Dogs are dogs and slaves are slaves"
