It was a quiet night,all I could hear was my own heartbeat and soft snores. It's been ovef 5 years since I, an 11,10, and a 9-year-old were abandoned by our parents well more like our parents gave us up. I never knew my dad and my mom gave me up for a ton of cash great parenting right.Me and the others have been through five years of torture. we aren't related but we still consider each other family.

I gripped the bars of my cell and stared at the one across from me, I heard Kendrick and y/n snores''haley..?,'' I hear my name being called, I looked behind me seeing a tired 9-year-old rubbing her eyes.

My feet dangle from the chair as I stare at my knees, we arrived at the police station only an hour ago, as soon as we got there they separated us, I'm scared but also happy we got saved.I thought we would be in that horrible place forever.I was starting to lose hope.

I wonder what gonna happen now,I have ever really been anywhere elsa beside there.Is this a trick,are they still playing some sick joke.Im so scared,I hope this is real. I hope its not..

Kendric pov

I paced back and forth, I was worried, what was going to happen to us, what are they going to do with us but I'm also happy I got to meet my hero. He saved us,but what if they separated us. What if I never get to see them again.All these questions ran through my head. All I won't is for us to be safe,for us not you be scared or in pain. I'm tried of being scared. I'm tried of thinking tomorrow is gonna be my last day
