Extra Chapter- Happy Inksgiving
"It smells so good, mommy! I wanna eat now!" Dylan screamed, on the verge of tears. "Shut up, Dylan. If mom hears what you're saying, she's gonna be mad!" Stephanie chastised Dylan. I came out of the kitchen, carrying a small tray of mashed potatoes. I hated mashed potatoes; I only made it for the kids. "YAY! MASHED POO TO TOES!" Dylan cried, standing up on his chair and jumping up and down.
"Daisy, can you come to the kitchen for a sec?" Asher called while staring at our fridge. "Aww, how come you didn't call me to help?" Stephanie said, pouting. "Oh? So do you want to take stomach pills too?" Asher yelled back into the dining room. Stephanie slipped down in her chair. "Stupid Asher Scott," she murmured. "Ms. Stephanie, what was that?" I asked, glaring at her.
She put her head down, and I whispered, "Exactly what I thought." I replied, walking into the kitchen again. I brought out that turkey, and Stephanie, Dylan, and Daisy started clapping like lunatics. I absolutely hated turkey on Thanksgiving. Turkey is always so dry, but Asher and the kids love it, so I made it for them. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
