“Lilly, don’t you think I have enough clothing in my wardrobe?”

Nova would ask her sister as they walked through the island’s shopping district. This side of Cape Kiaba was known for its busy tourist attractions; especially given the fact there were so many shops around. It was to where it would reach out onto the boardwalk and pier where cruise ships would come in. Locals often got a discount when it came to the souvenir shops.

“Nova, my dear, you can never have too many clothes. Besides, what’s the worst that could hap-”

The door nearest to Lilly would fling open and smack her.

“Agh! My nose!”

“...Probably that. That’s the worst that can happen.”

Lilly would look to Nova with a squint, then turn towards the figure that flung the door open at her.

“Wait..you look familiar.”

The female figure looked back at her.

“I could say the same about your voice.”

It took them both a minute before they came to the realization.

“Oh hey, you’re Lilly, right? I think I remember talking to you last year during Black Friday, if I remember correctly.” she said with a small smile.

“Yeah! And you’re Liz, correct? And the girl next to you is Kaysie? I definitely remember you both! We all sat there watching people fight over things.”

“Oh right. That was actually pretty hilarious! So, how have you been?” Kaysie asked. Lizzy stood there smiling, making it incredibly obvious she’s happy about making a friend.

"I've been alright mostly. Life and all. I actually made a few of my own outfits!"

She turned to the cat next to her.

"Oh, and I don't believe you guys have met. This lovely lady right here is my wonderful sister Nova."

Nova looked at the two girls and gave a shy wave, smiling.

"Hiya.."

“Well that’s good. I’m glad you guys are doing okay! It’s also very nice to meet you, Nova.”

Lizzy would say, smiling a little and offering to give her feline companion a handshake.

“Oh, we should move out of the way so other people can come into the store.” Kaysie would gesture as she backed away from the door, and especially gesturing Lilly to move back so she doesn’t get hit again.

“If you two want, you guys can come with us for a bit.” Kaysie offered.

Nova and Lilly looked at each other; Nova chuckled at her as she rubbed her nose with a napkin she pulled out from her bag.

"Yeah, sure, we'll come with. We came here to shop, anyway."

The girls would walk together, checking out the window in every store at the pier.

“Anything you guys are looking for in particular?” Kaysie asked.

Lilly pondered the question.

“Well I originally wanted to come here to shop for supplies, and like I love making outfits. Buuut..I think my plans may have changed a little bit.”

The snow leopard would glance at Nova in a devious manner. Nova looked away, blushing as she knew exactly what she was about to say.

"I thiiiiink Nova's overdue for a makeover~"

Kaysie giggled at Lilly, causing her to smile at the thought.

“Sure, we could do that.”

Nova tried to speak up, chuckling nervously.

"I-I mean...I don't reeeealllly need a makeover."

The floppy eared dog would walk up and put a hand on her shoulder.

“Cmon, it’ll be fun! We can look around for an outfit or two to match your personality and stuff!”

Nova let out a sigh, knowing she more than likely won’t have any way out of this. When it came to Lilly getting ideas, there was no way to stop her.

"Alright, fine...if I must.”

Lilly would bounce ecstatically, grabbing a hold of Nova’s hand and gently pulling her.

“Yay! You’re going to look so pretty!”

“Agh.”
