Alec

I wake up to a tiny thud sound, after a couple of seconds of silence I remain put under my blankets until I hear it again this time a little louder.

I sit up straight out of my bed and look around my darkroom, I squint my eyes trying to remember how I got here, and then the memories of last night pop into my head. Alex leaving me at the party, Sam finding me and offering to drive me home, and then her waking me up once outside.

I fumble in the dark for my phone, when I find it I turn it on and was immediately blinded by the sudden bright light coming from the screen. Once my eyes adjusted I checked the time and it was 3:52, well that explains why it's still so dark out. 

I look up when I hear the sound of another thud, I let out a shriek when I see a dark figure on the other side of the glass. I jump back at the sight, accidentally falling off the bed and taking my blanket with me. I instantly sit up leaving the blanket on the ground and the figure knocks on the window again.

I slowly back up and reach my hand behind me for the light switch, after fumbling around for a bit I finally find it and switch it on. I let out a breath of relief when I see Alex standing outside my window, her long curly hair was put in a bun and looked kind of wet, she was wearing the same outfit she wore to the party minis the white hoodie, and had her head leaned against the glass of my window.

I quickly moved to the window and opened it causing her to fall inside, I couldn't stop the laugh that escaped my mouth when I heard her groan from the fall, "You okay?" I asked moving to help her up off the ground.

"Amor...?" she mumbled drunkenly. She reached her arms up and wrapped them around my waist quickly pulling me down before I could catch myself, causing me to land on top of her.

She slowly trailed her hands under my shirt stopping at my waist, then buried her face into my curls, taking in a deep breath before letting out a content sigh. I put my hands on her chest and push up trying to untangle myself from her arms but she has me in a tight grip and I don't even move an inch. I sigh in defeat already knowing how this night is going to be.

Even before I started going to school Alex partied all the time and she has a really bad habit of getting really drunk and then showing up at my house after. "Alex, let me go I have to close the window," I grumbled into her chest. She looked down at me and then up at the window before sighing and letting me go. After scrambling to my feet I close the window and lock it.

By the time I turn around Alex is already off the floor and right in front of me, I let out a yelp and instinctively wrap my legs around her waist when she suddenly lifts me off the ground. She laughs at my reaction causing me to grumble as I wrap my arms around her neck and lean my head onto her shoulder. I don't say anything as I allow her to turn off the lights and carry me to the bed.

"The blankets on the floor," I say sleepily as she sets me on the bed. She nods and bends down coming back up with a big white blanket, she lays on the bed pulling me to her before covering us with the blanket.

I let out a loud yawn and she starts using her fingers to play with my curls, "Tired?" she questions with a laugh. 

I smack her hand out my hair causing her to laugh more before going back to my hair, "It's not funny, it's four in the morning. We have school tomorrow." I grumble, with my eyes closed.

She groans as if the thought of having to go to school had never crossed her mind until now, "Can we just skip?"

"What? no."

"We can cuddle all day." she tries to negotiate.

"Your cuddles aren't worth my moms' wrath," I reply blankly, laughing when she lets out an offended gasp.

"Well then maybe we can do something else." she tries again, this time suggestively moving her finger up and down the spine of my back.

"Also not worth it," I said, too tired to be affected by her flirting. She lets out another laugh, "God your so giddy, be quiet!" I said slamming a pillow over her face, which sadly only caused him to laugh more.

She moved the pillow off her face and swiftly put it under her head, "Mm smells like you~" she whispered after taking a big whiff of the pillow I had just tried to suffocate her with.

"Shut up you creep," I said turning away from her which only resulted in her wrapping her arms around my waist and pulling me back against her.

Everything went silent and I used the opportunity to doze off, I can feel her start to comb her fingers through my hair only adding to my sleepiness, "I'm sorry..." she suddenly says into my ear.

I furrow my brows with a frown and let out a hum of confusion, "For what?" I mumble in a low tone.

"Leaving you at the party." she says letting out an audible sigh, "After my friend called me we talked and then he said he had to show me something, I assumed you wouldn't want to come because you not really comfortable around new people so I followed him assuming it wouldn't take long but then I lost track of time and..." 

I turn around when she starts to trail off, "It's alright." I say wrapping my arms around her neck.

"I panicked when I saw that it was already past two in the morning and panicked, even more, when I came down and didn't see you," she said leaning her head down onto mine.

I let out a giggle causing her to give me a questioning look, "Hey I said it's alright, I'm fine." I said moving my hands to the side of her face.

"How did you make it home?"

"Got a ride."

"From who?"

"This girl from my class, she's an alpha and her name's Sam." I could feel her visibly tense when I said Sam's name.

"Sam?" she questioned her voice rough.

"Yeah? do you know her?"

"...We've been in the same school together since elementary, she's weird but I don't really know her."

"You can't call her weird if you don't know her." I scolded moving closer to her.

She let out a short awkward laugh, "I guess your right..."

I moved my head up and give her a quizzical look, "You good?"

She softly pushes my head back against her, "It's nothing, go to sleep." I open my mouth to protest but was stopped when the sudden scent of her pheromones hit my nose. The scent instantly calmed me making me more content and more tired, I leaned closer into her, and before I know it I was out.
