Katsuki spots Deku turning the corner as he stands outside his house. Noticing Katsuki the nerd immediately runs over to him pulling him into a hug as they both crash to the ground. They stay like that for a while, Katsuki silently stroking his hair as Deku slightly trembles in his grip. 

Katsuki found it weird how Izuku was acting more worried about the whole incident than he was but Katsuki has always been good at hiding the fear. It would be hard to even touch Izuku right now if it wasn't for the fact he 100% trusted him and knew he would do nothing to hurt him.

Allowing the nerd to calm down a little he slowly grabs the greenete's hand then stands up pulling the other up with him. In silence they walk into the house together still as close together as they could physically be as they go up the stairs to Katsuki's room. He opens the door carefully as they both enter the room, curling back into their previous position this time on the bed. Like before they sit in silence, Katsuki stroking Deku's hair as he sits there, shaking now stopped.

Katsuki isn't sure how long they sat like that but it felt like only a second had passed and all too soon the nerd was breaking the silence. 

"Are you okay?" Is the first thing he asks.

Katsuki snorts, "I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be?"

"No I mean about the villian attack." The nerd raises his head previously buried in Katsuki chest to look up at him. He was doing that thing where he glares at you to bring out your true feelings or some shit like that, it was fucking creepy, but it usually worked.

Katsuki looked away avoiding Deku's gaze. He had been hoping to be able to keep this talk till atleast tomorrow after school but nothing has been going as planned on this mess of a day. He didn't want to worry Deku anymore than he needed to but the nerd was an analytical bastard and could always see right through him, that's why he needed a little more time to get over it before he could possibly talk to Deku and convince him he was fine.

"Didn't you just hear me, I said I'm fine." Deku glares harder and Katsuki just sighs and rolls his eyes. "How about you, are you okay?"

Deku stops glaring then buries his head back into Katsuki chest. He stays like that for a while and doesn't say anything.

"I was scared." He finally says as he tries to hold in his tears causing Katsuki's hand to stop where it lay on Deku's head.

"You were scared?" He repeats and Deku just nods. "But all the articles said I was fine didn't they."

Deku's head shots up from Katsuki's chest, this time the look on his face a genuine glare. "Just because the articles say your fine doesn't mean you are."

A little taken a back Katsuki just stares at the nerd, mouth slightly hanging open. Deku rarely ever snapped at him so when he does it always unexpected. Seeing his reaction Deku hides his face once more.

"Kacchan please tell me the truth, are you really fine." His voice is mumbled by the position he's in but his words are still audible.

"Yes I'm really fine, it was nothing serious and I'm safe now so stop worrying."

"If you want me stop worrying then stop lying." He shoots back raising his head once more. 

"How am I lying?" Katsuki is visibly confused as the nerd starts listing reasons.

"First of all you refused to meet my gaze not that long ago-"

"Cause you were doing that weird glaring thing." Katsuki snaps but is ignored making him growl.

"Secondly, when we were talking on the phone you were using the same voice you always use when your trying to hide something."

"Hah, how can you even tell that over the phone, and what do you mean when I'm trying to hide something I don't use a different voice when trying to hide something."

"Yes you do." Deadpaned Deku.

Still glaring Katsuki tries his best to keep the nerds gaze. "Whatever, that was over the phone, you should know that nothing sounds the same over the phone." He says, sometimes he really hated how Deku was such a smartass.

Deku sighs trying to suppress the frustration slowly bubbling out of him. 

"Fine then, why did your heart rate suddenly increase every time you told me you were fine."

"You sneaky bastard!" Katsuki snaps. That's why he buried his head into Katsuki chest, he was checking his fucking heart rate the whole entire time.

Pissed Katsuki snarls, "I said I'm fucking fine Deku why can't you just accept that! It's my problem anyway not yours so I don't see how it should affect you."

"Of course it affects me, your my boyfriend!" He shouts "Your the only person I have!" He sits up his glare even more intense than it was before. "What if you died Kacchan, what then?"

"Like I would fucking die. I could never get killed by a thing like th-"

"But you could Kacchan!" He's screaming now. "You could be killed by a thing like that, if All might wasn't there you would have been killed by a thing like that!" Tears start to spill down his face and Katsuki looks away feeling guilty.

"Do you really think that I could be defeated so easily" He says, hurt clearly evident in his voice. "You really think that I'm so weak that I'd let a pile of slime like that kill me." 

Katsuki reaches up for his neck, still able to feel the villians tight grip over his neck, the sensation as the slime slowly rises now covering his mouth and nose. 

He can't breath and it hurts, a sharp pain in his lungs asking, begging for oxygen. His energy slowly depleting, the warning signs his body is giving him. Fear coursing through his body as black spots overtake his vision. His life flashing before his eyes as he helplessly flails around help never coming to him.

Air. He needs air. 

"Breathe Kacchan-"

Snapped out of his memories by the nerds voice the room goes back into focus. Infront of him is Deku looking super worried and as if he's about to burst into tears. Katsuki blinks unsure of what's happening until he finally remembers.

That's right I'm with Deku, he tells himself. The sludge villian is gone, he's been arrested, he can't hurt me anymore. 

Katsuki looks back up at Deku whose tears are already spilling down his face once again as he shakes. "See Kacchan your not fine, you just had a panic attack." Katsuki just stares at him blankly not knowing how to respond only making Deku even more upset. "Kacchan please just talk to me."

Katsuki looks him in the eyes and smiles a soft and genuine smile. "I'm fine-" He says and Deku gets angry once again.

It was true though, everything was fine. Katsuki had heard once that apparently, when your life flashes before your eyes its just your brain looking for a solution, if that's the case how did it settle so quickly on Deku. He couldn't breath and was losing consciousness but none of that mattered as the single image of Deku occupied his mind. 

He had closed his eyes trying to calm down a bit when the villian had tried to take that chance to take over him completely. With the image of Deku still etched into his mind he reached for the eye aiming an explosion to it, the rush of oxygen back into his lungs caused him an even sharper pain than before but he hadn't had time to focus on that. The sludge villian had let go of him just enough for Katsuki to slip out. Out of it's clutches. Back to safety.

All that had happened next had come to quickly and somehow All Might ended up being in the middle of him and the villain. It was over in an instant but that was to be expected from the number one hero, none of that mattered though. All that mattered was that he was fine and alive.

"...an, Kacchan!" Snapping back out of his memories once again he looks up at Deku. "Kacchan you just spaced out, why can't you just tell me how you really feel?" He growls. His hand tightens around his arm and Katsuki can see the tiny marks caused by his nails.

"I already told you nerd that I'm fine." The anger still evident on his face only grew. Katsuki only smiles again as he takes the nerd's hand away from his arm.

Cupping his cheek Katsuki leans forward placing his forehead on Deku's. Katsuki can feel the nerds breath tickling his cheek and his smile only grows knowing that Deku is so close to him. Deku's face morphed into one of confusion as Katsuki just sat there for a while savouring the moment till he finally speaks.

"I'll always be fine as long as your here by my side."

Letting out a tiny frustrated huff Deku pulls away and leans back on the head rest of the bed. He looks up not saying anything for a while and his face completely blank. After about a minute or so he looks back over to Katsuki, a wide smile on his face.

"The same goes for me." He says as his smile only grows wider. "I'll always be by your side no matter what, so always be by mine."

His heart fluttering Katsuki positions himself so he's sitting next to Deku. "Obviously." He says flicking the nerd's forehead, "If I'm not by your side who else will be, its not like you have any friends."

Slightly pouting Deku turns to face Katsuki. "I could say the exact same thing to you, you don't have a single person other than me that could actually be considered a friend. "

"Doesn't matter, your enough" Katsuki says, his previously genuine smile now replaced with a smirk.

Deku sighs. "That's why you have to take better care of yourself from now on, your going to go to UA and stuff like this is only going to get more frequent. I was worried sick you know."

"Now you understand how I feel every time you go on a mission."

Deku sighs once again as he slowly drops his head landing on Katsuki's shoulder. "Just stay alive okay. I don't want you to ever leave me."

"Don't worry I won't ever leave." He says as he reaches for his hand.

He pauses for a second, inspecting his boyfriends slender hands. The same hands that he's used to kill hundreds of people. The same hands that he's used to save even more. The same hands that are slowly changing the world as we know it. To think something so small could make such a difference, and here he was reaching out to them.

Katsuki grabs Deku's hand. No matter how much blood he has on these hands, he thinks, I will always love him. He pulls their arms up and briefly kisses the back of Deku's hand.

Deku looks up surprised at the sudden display of affection but Katsuki just smiles. Content with that Deku lays his head back down onto Katsuki's shoulder and they sit there in silence for the rest of the night just appreciating each others company.
