We have a 10-minute break before class starts back and my brothers were talking at Anhellica. I use the term talking quite loosely. Damion was growling, Ricardo was smirking and Geordi..... Geordi was reading a book mouthing words at the same time. "Damion, Geordi, we have to go do the thing?", Ricardo suddenly announced.
"What thing?" Geordi questioned.
"The thing", replied Ricardo.
Geordi was still confused.
Damion sighed and grabbed Geordi by the arm and started pulling him, and Ricardo scampered behind them.

Once they were gone Anhellica's plastic smile dropped. "Your brothers are cute", she said snarkily.
"More like annoying", I said.
"Yeaaaa sure. Listen Nikola, help a girl out and can you get them to like me?", she asked sweetly.
"What?", I exclaimed. She must be kidding, right? She HAS to be joking, I thought.
"Well I like your brothers, they are so very nice. So like if you could get them to like me, I'll be your best friend forever." She said. Needless to say, I was shocked.
"And if I don't want to help you?", I questioned.
"Then we won't be friends. I'll ruin your reputation. I have dirt on you that no one else has. So to avoid all that just get one of your brothers to date me, yeah?", she smirked.

I took all of this into consideration. Would Anhellica really throw our friendship away because I won't help her date one of my brothers? Well apparently so. Do I even want to be friends with her? Not anymore. That's when I realised I don't actually care much. But I still want her to be my friend. What should I do?

I looked at her expectant face, closed my eyes and exhaled my answer.

"No."

10: 30 am

Anhellica watched me side-eyed in English class. Honestly, what did she expect that I would help her get my brothers just because we were friends?! She was already going downhill but this confirmed it. Ahelica and I are no longer friends.

It broke my heart. Anhellica and I have been best friends since three years ago when I bumped into her in the library. But I guess she changed, and I guess I did too. I glanced at Anhellica, whose piercing glare chipped at my heart I little more.

12:00 noon

I walked into the cafeteria my eyes downcast. I couldn't help feeling just a little bit sad. I mean- Anhellica was my best friend for YEARS and it went down the drain because of some boys. Who was I going to sit with? Who was I going to complain to and cry to? Who was I going to laugh with? I glanced up when I reached the cafeteria and went into the lunch line. I bought myself two slices of veggie pizza. I spotted Geordi sitting down alone, reading and walked over to him.
"Hey Geordi!", I exclaimed. Startled, my brother lept off the lunchroom bench, hitting his knees under the table and dropping his phone on his foot in the process. Yelping in pain, he stood up too quickly and smacked his head through the ceiling. Then he proceeded to fall to the floor holding his cranium and covering both himself and me in plaster.  I looked over to the audiobook he was reading. I couldn't believe it! Not when I saw the iconic grey cover with the grey tie. Not when I saw the authors name. Not when I scanned the famous white words, over and over again. "Really Geordi? Fifty Shades of Grey?"
"Γαμήσου" he muttered through gritted teeth.

Ricardo and Damion walked up to us laughing, their cronies following not too far behind. Ricardo reached his hand down to help Geordi off the floor. And Geordi like the ungrateful ass he is pulled Ricardo onto the floor. Damion, who is usually in his oblivious world, tripped over the two, landing face-first in Geordi's crotch area. Geordi, understandably, yelped in pain and Damion, ununderstandably, flew off of Geordi, dragging his earpods with him. "Audio Disconnected", Siri spoke in a monotone voice. Then a deep gravelly voice said, "Let me touch you". the entire cafeteria was now silent. "Punish me, Ana begged" Geo scrambled trying to shut off his phone "Please... Mr. Grey pl-" the soft sultry voice suddenly cut out, and when it did, you could hear a pin drop. "Honestly," I said, highly amused, "Fifty Shades of Grey was a Twilight Wattpad Fanfic, and it really shows." Geordi quickly sat up, banging his head against Ricardo's knee, sending him toppling over into the table and sending his tray of food flying. The tray smacked into Jorden Clarkson, our infamous class clown, who was just stepping in the cafeteria. Jorden lit up and screamed, "FOOD FIGHT!!!!" 

Then all hell broke loose. Food was flying everywhere and I dove under the table to avoid being smacked by... a bowl of spaghetti? I saw a rambunctious Ricky covered in food but laughing along with his football friends and throwing back as good as he got. I saw a disgusted Geo wiping spaghetti off his face under another table. I saw an irritated Dami sitting down on the floor eating his lunch and not a speck of food was on him. Giggling under my table, I came up with I great idea. I crawled out and stood on the table "Party at our house this Friday, everyone's invited!!!"I yelled. "It's a costume party so dress up and look hot!!!" Ricardo added. Cheers went all around. I lept off the table and into Ricky's arms, who then spun me around. just then, the prince[al walked in. And was promptly hit in the face with a meatloaf. "Would Mr Ortega, Ms Ortega and Mr Clarkson kindly escort themselves to my office?" Mr. Harres said in a voice a little too calm than the situation warranted. "Which Ortega", Jorden foolishly asked. "All of them", Mr Harres snapped.

A true friend will dance with you in the middle of the street with no music and think it's completely normal and if that's all it is my friend, then let's keep dancing.
