Sarah comes too as Michael opens the door. He looks at her in shock.
“Sarah? What’s wrong,” He asks, confused.
“We need to talk,” She says in a matter fact tone and he invites her in. She enters the cabin and they go into the living room. They sit down and get comfortable. Sarah sighs and Michael looks at the fire in the fireplace.
“Two girls stayed out last night,” Sarah starts out right.
“Are they okay,” He asks curiously.
“Yes. Them and I stayed out on the lake,” She answers with a slight tired tone.
“That’s where I found you,” He comments while turning his focus straight to her.
“Yeah. They are one of your safest creations,” She comments, quietly, “This curse can only be broken by a tainted person’s blood. It also has to be enough to clear the lake, right?”
“Yes, that is the condition of this curse that I placed,” Michael answers quietly with a snarky smile.
“What if I cleared the lake? Would you close this place for good,” She asks while looking at him.
“You think you can,” He asks with narrowing eyes.
“Yes, because I remembered something you said,” She answers with a smirk and a chuckle.
“What would that be,” He asks curiously.
“No matter how tainted you feel, you can never be truly tainted,” She answers with a smirk.
“That is true,” He comments with a slight growl.
“So, I was thinking if I remember everything I’ve done and dove into the lake with fresh wounds made by one of your creatures. What would happen,” She comments with a smirk and he stiffens.
“That is suicide,” He comments while sitting stiffly.
“Yes, but if it works,” She asks with a smirk.
“You all will be free and the camp will close,” He says with irritation.
“And you,” She asks curiously.
“I will disappear with the curse,” He answers with a sigh.
“So, to break the curse we have to decide whether to leave Lake without a parent or not,” She growls slightly.
“Yep,” He says with a smirk.
“You’re an asshole,” She grumbles.
“I know,” He chuckles and smirks.
“We will have to cut it short if someone does stay out again,” Sarah comments while taking a deep deep.
“If anyone stays out, we will,” He answers while standing up.
“And if it’s a counselor that does it,” She asks with a sigh.
“Then we will shut it down,” He answers with a tired sigh and she chuckles.
“So, just one more time,” She asks sarsacitally and he nods.
“We may need someone to watch them,” He comments in thought, “At night that is.”
“You want someone to watch to make sure no one is skipping curfew,” She comments with a soft chuckle.
“Yes, you actually ,” He says as he looks at her.
“Are you crazy? I faced them before and barely made it out alive. Why would I do it now,” She asks, almost yelling.
“Because you are the only one that knows the loop holes,” He answers with a tired sigh.
“So, just because I know how your curse works,” She growls softly.
“Yes,” He answers abruptly. She sighs and shakes her head.
“Fine. If I see one person then I’m coming straight here,” She says with a serious face and tone.
“That is fine. Just be safe about it,” He comments while walking away. She nods and heads to leave the cabin. She walks out and heads to the blue cabin. There isn’t anyone in the cabin. She pulls out her bags. She opens them and pulls out her pocket knife and a small pitch black handgun. She slips her handgun in her waist band and slips her knife into her pocket. She then looks at the cabin and lets the memories come back.
