Hey, thanks for reading! Just a few words: this comic is drawn for print, so I apologize in advance for any two-page spreads or panel arrangements that don't read well in Tapastic's vertical-scrolling set-up.
Critiques and comments are always welcome. I make bad hovertext jokes on the SmackJeeves publishing of this comic, but I haven't figured out how to incorporate them here yet.

He's not wrong about things losing meaning with enough repetition. Just try saying a single word a few dozen times. This introduction is intriguing and the artwork is a great meeting of academic superhero comic and gritty, ominous dystopian fantasy. I'm really looking forward to figuring this world out :3

So Quin’d rather keep masking his problems in black eyeliner and pilfered booze than fess up. After all, aliens and Empaths are old news, but this is the first time in two years he’s seen his troubled childhood crush, Damien.
Harder to hide are the breaches. Concerned friends and authorities could help protect him and themselves against the recurring aliens warping psychic space if Quin wasn’t committed to denial. But for Quin, the aliens showing up looking like him don’t just mean Empathic powers -- they mean a second chance to be there for Damien where he failed before.
