Max’s pov

I hate everything. This is my 13th reason, I’m just gonna become a baker today to avoid this. I’m in the principal's office for a fight I did even start, or involved in. All I wanted to do was eat in peace,but that obviously is not  going to happen. 

“ Okay Alexis let me get this straight.” principal  Lewis  said with his index and thumb were rubbing his eyes. 

“This whole thing started because Max walked into someone? On Accident might I add. So you decide to kick him in his stomach with heels on for what exact reason?” 

Looking back at Lexie  to my surprise we both looked at each other. turning my head to look back at principal  Lewis   and back at each other I decided to stay quiet to not make him even angrier at us.

“ okay”  he says with a sigh “ Max  sense you tried to break up the situation you'll be getting no detention and no suspension,  Alexis you however,  for starting the fight and putting your hands on the city as for the zero tolerance policy we'll be getting it three days suspension and when you come back a week of detention to avoid another incident again.  

“ you've got to be kidding me”  Lexie Whispers. 

“Actually  mr. Lewis If I may”    I begin “you could say that she was defending me because he ran into me, and because the rule is zero tolerance shouldn’t Jackson be in the room with us too?” I questioned him. I just hope he doesn't realize I'm pulling all of this out of my ass. 

“And also he called her a excuse my language but a bitch while in her personal space, so feeling threatened she defended herself"
