"Where am I?" I said while waking up

"you're in the hospital." My Mom said

"The Hospital!?" I said

"yeah, you were glowing red a lot," My Mom said,

"what does that mean?" I asked

"I don't know hon." my Mom said

"well, maybe the trainer would-" 

"that's not possible." Chris said, interrupting our conversation 

"what?!" I said

"what do you mean, Chris?" my Mom said,

"look up the TV." Chris said

We did what Chris said and looked at the TV 

"...one adult, and one child of the Hijo Family we're recently killed from an unknown group"

"The two victims were Misty Hijo and William Hijo..."

as I heard that, I put my hand on my mouth

"they were related!?" I said

"not only that but they're dead," Chris said,

"what does this mean!?" I said,

"how am I gonna train now?" I said

and just thought about it...

"Chris," I said

"What?" Chris said,

"let's go investigate where William died." I said, 

"are you sure!?" My Mom Said

"yeah, you were knocked out. maybe you should stay for a bit." Chris said

"I Know..." I said

"but, we need to find more information on Crickets. and I need to get more training to get better," I said

"well... just be careful." my Mom said 

"Okay," I said

"I'll get the Doctor." my Mom said

"Alright," Chris said

--Maru--

"so, they're gonna go investigate where William died, huh?" I said

"Guards!" I scream

"what is it, Sir?" the Guard said,

"bring Kojo here, at once!" I said

"yes sir!" the Guard Said

and a few moments later

"you called, Lord Maru?" Kojo said

"yes." I told him

"get to that trainer area, and stop those pests from gathering any information," I told

"right away," he said

"I'll be going with you," I said

"What?" Kojo said

"But, Sir. won't they find out that you're part of our group?" the Guard asked

"don't worry. I won't be joining the fight. I will be watching it." I said

"alright." Kojo said

as we got out of the hospital we went to the training area

"so, this is the place?" Chris said

"yes." I told him

as we walked towards the place, the door was open

"are you Joseph Odan?" the Lady asked

"yes?" I told her

"my name is Lisa and your Trainer wanted me to tell-" 

and just like that, someone crushed Lisa's Skull to the wall. killing her. we were just speechless and shocked

"My, My. that was a quick killing target." the Monster said

it made me really angry what happen to Lisa. i powered up my Aura and talked

"Who are you?" I said.

"My Name is Kojo Omi" Kojo said

"Chris get out of here!" I told him

Chris gets out of the battle to hide and noticed someone 

"What are you doing here?" Chris said

"that doesn't matter right now!" the Kid said

"Get out of here! it's too dangerous here!" Chris said

The Kid ran on the other side to watch our fight.

"My boss told me to stop you from investigating here any further," Kojo said

"so, you're the one who killed my teacher," I said

"no. that was someone else, our General, who died along with him," he said

I ignored what he said and started to use my power

"Red Au-" 

as I tried to use it, Kojo punched me in the face spitting out blood

"That was a good try," Kojo said

"Oh No! Joseph!" Chris screamed

"Dammit... if I don't do something hill kill me!" I said thinking.

"Galatic Thunder!" Kojo Scream

a shocking spark tried to hit me, but I got up and dodge it. 

"Red Aura!" I scream

as I used the aura, Kojo Jumps up and Dodges it.

"What!?" I said

"He... Dodge it!" Chris said

"the was a good try. but not good enough!" Kojo scream

Kojo ran at me and punched me in the stomach. making me puke out blood

"you won't beat me, Kid." Kojo said

"Red..." I said quietly 

"Fist!" I screamed

I hit a huge blow on his face, bleeding him

"That's Impressive." The Kid said

"Guards. It's Time to kill Kojo!" the Kid said

"Damn... you Kid!" Kojo said

"Red...." 

as I said that. I heard a gunshot

"what was that?" I said

"a Gunshot?" Kojo said

"that's quite enough, Kojo." One of Cricket's Guard said

"W-What? but the boss told me.." Kojo said

One of the Crickets Guards pull out their swords and stabs Kojo.

"What's the Matter? weren't you Strong?" The Cricket's Guard said.

Kojo tries to hold the sword

"Cat got your tongue?" The Cricket's Guard said.

a few secounds later, Kojo ends up dying. the guards looked at me next

"Now, Joseph Odan. it's time for you to die" The Cricket's Guard said

the other Cricket's Guard pulled out his sword and stabbed me.

"ugh.. ah!" I said

"No..." Chris said

"JOSEPH!" Chris Scream! 

"Come On, let's go. The Boss is waiting for us." The Cricket's Guard said

as the guards left the dying Kojo and me, Chris checked for a pulse to see if I'm alive

"I gotta call the Hospital quick!" Chris said
