Akio sat in his room having no plans for this holiday season he was mostly thinking of what to do to help his mother as she had become enraged after seeing his father again, a knock came from his bedroom door disturbing his thoughts. 

He opened the door surprised to see Elijae 

“Uh shouldn’t you be with your family, why are you here,” Akio said confusion obvious in his expression

Elijae stared at Akio for a few seconds then his expression changed as of someone who is surprised  

“You forgot?!”, He screamed now having an angry expression 

“I mean I don’t remember something important except the fact it’s Christmas” 

Elijae stomped over to Akio’s calendar, “It literally says it right here”

Akio walked over to the calendar he felt his face go pale 

“I-I have to spend Christmas with - THEM?!”, Akio yelled 

Elijae just sighed, “By ‘them” you mean my parents, the people who gave birth to me” 

Akio ran over to his closet, “Fuck they already hate me and now I have to do this fuck fuck fuck”

Elijae rolled his eyes going over to help Akio pick his outfit. God, he knew very well it would take over an hour to get Akio to get ready. . . 

And he was right

Akio ended up wearing a patchwork corduroy jacket, Pima white t-shirt, and black jeans.

Although Akio was the reason they were late for dinner, he was the one who was dragging Elijae to well . . . Elijae’s house. 

Akio knocked on the door as Elijae was behind him huffing and puffing 

The door opened 

“Hello I’m Elijae’s mother, I have heard many things about . . . you”
