In the darkness, Yu Na saw a silhouette approaching the room that she was in. In that instant, she knew that the person that broke into the house, for sure, wasn’t Yeong-hwan. Not knowing how to get out of the house, she wandered inside the house. When she was approaching the outside, she was in the corner of her eyes a silhouette carrying a sword. She felt as if her heart stopped beating.
It was now or never. Yeong-hwan’s words of not going out weren’t taken into consideration. Yu Na knew that staying inside would probably have some consequences, so she decided to risk everything and run outside.
She successfully left the house without being noticed. It was raining so much that she wasn’t able to see the direction that she was going. Barefoot, all she wanted was to find Yeong-hwan.
‘Those had to be the royal guards, I’m sure of it, but why now? Yeong-hwan told me that there wasn’t anything to worry about. Is this something else?’ wondered Yu Na
Soon, she was able to hear people yelling, in front of her eyes, it seemed like despair had taken over everybody’s life. In the middle of that peaceful city, now people were running for their lives.
On the ground, the puddles that the water from the rain formed were of a reddish color, from the innocent lives that were lost on that very night.
Yu Na looked in horror at how people were dying in front of her very eyes, some people were running for their lives, childrens were crying, looking for their parents, and then, there were the royal guards, whose emotionless eyes killed people at the king’s order, without mercy.
A man pushed Yu Na into the mud as he was trying to run away. She ached in pain as she tried to get back onto her feet. She saw, in that inferno that was in front of her eyes, a small ring that seemed to shine, despite the tragic situation.
She put her hand on the head, as if something hit her. Then, another wave of pain hit her. She took that ring into her hands, looking on the back of it, she saw a rose engraved in the jewelry.
Suddenly, she remembered her life as an idol, she remembered the very first jewelry that she had brought on the day that their group debuted, and now, looking at the ring that she was holding, it was the same as the one she had.
But how was that possible? The ring was custom made to resemble the group, Roseleen, and how did it get here?
‘It can’t be… I have to ask Yeong-hwan what date it is. I need to find him.’ she thought as she stood up
She wanted to find a way to escape from the inferno that was unfolding in front of her, but when she turned back, she saw a blade that was aimed towards herself. In that heavy rain, the only thing that she would notice about the man in front of her was that he was a guard who had a scar on one of his hands, then she saw how the guard swung his sword in front of her eyes.
