She follows it and sees everyone sitting at the table. Crystal is cooking breakfast. She is making pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, and hashbrowns with orange juice or coffee. Crystal is finishing up cooking and everyone is eating.
“So, who has their school enrollment papers,” She asks as she grabs a cup of coffee. All of them groan and hold out papers to Marie.
“We all have told our teachers and the principal that you will be dealing with all the parental things,” Katryina comments with a sigh. Marie nods as she gathers the papers.
“Any sports this year,” Marie asks as she starts signing papers.
“For fall I’m thinking of soccer and cross country. Summer I’m thinking about basketball and cross country. In the winter I am thinking about speed skating,” Alexzandra answers while taking a sip of orange juice.
“For fall through to winter I’m thinking of cheerleading and lacrosse. In winter I’m thinking of figure skating,” Christina answers while eating some egg whites.
“I’m thinking of the chess team, library assistant, and mathletes,” Derek answers while eating a piece of bacon.
“I’m thinking of joining the anime and art club,” Katryina answers while nibbling on a piece of toast.
“Alright Alex and Chrissy, you guys will need a physical,” Marie comments and they nod with a frown, “I’ll make you guys appointments today. You guys need to show up on time and no ditching.”
They nod as they finish breakfast and walk off. Derek takes Kyle to his car and Christina and Alexzandra join him. Katryina goes up to her room and starts streaming while playing video games. Marie pulls out her phone and calls the medical clinic. She makes appointments for Christina and Alexzandra. She then texts them the details of the appointments. She then goes up to the study. She opens the door as Josiph is buttoning up his shirt. Both of them freeze in place before she quickly steps out. She quickly closes the door. He opens the door soon after to see her waiting for him. She slips past him into the study. He follows her and leans against her grandfather’s desk.
“Were you able to get everything,” She asks with a straight face.
“Yes, though it wasn’t easy,” He answers with a sigh, “Why did you want these things?”
“We are going to give them to Sabrina to try to get some information,” She answers with a sigh.
“Why don’t you use your grandfather’s ways,” Joseph asks with a frown.
“Because there are other ways,” She says with a sigh.
“What if she doesn’t want to give the information up,” He comments with a tired tone.
“I will not spill blood. There are other ways,” She growls towards him.
“If there isn’t any other way,” He asks with a frown.
“I will not be my grandfather. I will be better,” She growls while glaring at him.
“What do you mean,” He asks while cocking an eyebrow.
“I will right the wrongs left by my grandfather,” She answers vaguely.
“What wrongs,” He asks, confused and she picks up her grandfather’s little black book.
“This holds every name of every person he got information from. It’s basically his hit list,” She answers with a straight face and he looks at her in shock.
“So what? His methods worked,” Joseph says when he shakes his shock.
“They may have but I am me. I am the Blue Rose of the Rose hunter bloodline. I am one of the few remaining pure blood hunters. I will not be like my grandpa and ignite a war,” She says as her eyes start to glow faintly from the magic that runs through her veins. He sighs and nods. He gathers the things she asked and pulls out her phone. She opens the little black book to Sabrina, again. She looks over Sabrina’s phone number for a minute before she starts dialing it. She hears it ring softly for a while before she hears a soft and melodic hello.
