Jamie stirred under the warm blanket. He could feel the weight on his body as Joseph’s arms circled around him, spooning him from behind. The strike of sun rays peeking from the crack of the curtain, illuminating the dim room. It was already late and Jamie refused to wake up.
“Good morning angel,” Joseph croaked behind him. Kissing his nape gently made Jamie squirms from the ticklish sensation.
“Good morning sweetheart” he turned his body to face his boyfriend who was still half awake “You are tired, uh?” Jamie asked, tracing his lover’s jaw with his thumb
“A bit, the practice finished after midnight. I even am dozing off on the last batch” he protested that Jamie had to kiss his pout away, Joseph seemed satisfied with the gesture
“You’re such a hard worker, baby,” Jamie cooed
Joseph peeked under his lashes just to close his eyes again, “I’m not a baby” he whined
“You always be my baby” Jamie snaked his arms to Joseph’s torso. Relishing the warmness of his bare body. He could smell a faint scent of his perfume. Jamie assumed he didn’t have time to take shower last night. Jamie noticed that Joseph didn’t share the same smile with him “Are you still upset you didn’t get the Romeo role?” Jamie wondered.
Joseph shrugged. “Yeah, I mean, I believe I can play the Romeo role better than anyone else. I still couldn’t believe Brian gave the villain role to me,” he huffed in frustration. Jamie needed to message the temple so he can a bit more relaxed and get rid of the frown away.
“I will talk to Brian, babe. Maybe he could consider you as the main role for the next showcase. How does it sound?” Jamie smiled, trying to encourage him, and Joseph seemed to buy it.
“That's perfect, thank you,” he kissed him sweetly. Joseph pulled him closer, stroking Jamie’s black lock gently as he massaged his scalp with his blunt nails. He knew Jamie loved it and Jamie couldn’t help but purr and melted under his touch. “Jamie” Joseph broke the kiss.
“Hmm?” Jamie hummed, staring up at him.
“What are we?”
Jamie blinked with it for a second, tilting his head, wondering what Joseph mean until he registered the frustration in Joseph’s eyes and the way he kept chewing his lips as his nervousness telltale. Jamie cupped his face and left a light peck on his lips “How about having dinner this weekend, we can invite everyone else and make it official. How about it?”
Joseph hummed “You’re the sweetest person I know” he brought Jamie for another heated kiss.
