One day, A week ago.

The most ironic thing is Jamie knew he was betrayed, but he couldn’t prove it. All assumptions he made were based on something that Joseph could debauch; the texts, his lies or his secrets in the locker. Let alone Joseph has all his friends on his side.

Jamie found himself standing in front of his apartment doors, staring blankly at the passcode lock. Gathered his courage to face everything he might find behind the damn door.

This morning, Joseph had given him a spa coupon and said he needed some relaxation before the showcase. The appointment was before lunch and Jamie believed by showing how touched he was by Joseph’s thoughtfulness–at least that Joseph believe. Little did he know Jamie was smart and observant, he was really aware of his surroundings–he was just too foolish to trust the wrong person.

But not anymore.

Jamie didn’t need to enter the passcode that probably would ruin his plan because of the noise from it. He had called the key company to disable it just for that day. He opened the door without trouble. Jamie knew he shouldn’t surprised when he saw unfamiliar shoes at the entrance, but still, it made his heart sink to his stomach.

Carefully, he tiptoeing to the inside. He didn’t know where they were going to do it. Couldn't they be generous enough to at least do it on the couch instead of their bed? But apparently, Jamie’s guess that they would feel guilty was overrated, they were merciless.

Jamie heard the rustling noise from the bedroom. Jamie took out his phone and set it in camera mode. He didn’t plan to use it for revenge, but like what Isaac said, karma needs a man behind it. His heart roared as he got closer to the door. Jamie walked as slow as swan glided in the lake, but this time to catch his prince’s betrayal.

What an irony

From the crack of the door, Jamie witnessed Joseph’s back on him. He was on the bed, straddling someone that Jamie only saw on their feet, lying on their back. His boyfriend started to strip himself. Took off his shirt, unbuckled his belt as he took down his pants.

Jamie's breath hitched, the overwhelming urge to run away, but the fact that he couldn’t move his feet made his feet tremble. He needed to wait until he was sure it wasn’t part of his fantasy or he wasn’t in a delirium state all this time. He had to wait until he knew who his boyfriend cheated on him with.

Joseph bent down to kiss the other, a pair of hands fondling his back, and pulled him closer to deepen the kiss. His boyfriend's head creeping down as he sucked that person’s neck, the lapping sounds of his tongue against the skin echoed in the empty air. Couple of series of moans and groans from their arousal shoved into Jamie's ears like a torture.

His mind screamed to leave, to go somewhere without looking back. This was not worth it. But Jamie's logic told him to wait, thus he immersed his feet to the ground.

They did it in a rush, as Jamie could feel their concern of someone would kick the door open and punch them in the face because it was what Jamie would do if he didn’t know their affair beforehand. he didn’t know if knowing everything sooner was privileged or punishment because now, Jamie only could watch them helplessly.

What amazing from human’s moral value was, even if they did a bad thing in consent they still wouldn’t do it in peace, deep down in their heart they knew it was wrong, even if they tried to enjoy the moment, convinced themselves that no one knew and justified themselves that they had a right reason to did that, yet still they wouldn’t find peace. The agitation of the angel’s and the evil’s quarrel would haunt them in every kiss they shared. Like eating the forbidden fruit from eve’s garden, they realised heaven would kick them out, yet they just blocked that thought in order to relish a temporary satisfaction.

Joseph's head went down, followed by the sound of shallow breath and hard panting. Jamie saw how that person’s toes curled up as Joseph sucked him up. He still couldn’t figure out who it had been since Joseph’s broad body covered his vision. Jamie is petrified, as if someone tides his body with invisible threads. He tried to keep his breathing steady as he still tried to aim his camera to the front, took a couple of series of pictures in silence with his trembling hands.

It seemed that he didn’t have much time to prepare the person, fogged by their own paranoia that Jamie would break in anytime soon. Joseph slipped himself and gained a loud moan that almost sounds like a scream. Jamie’s breath hitched when he heard the familiar, deep voice.

There was no way on earth…

Joseph slamming his hips into a few thrusts, as the series of moans kept repeating over and over again, made Jamie get more convinced of who it was, yet he kept praying under his breath that his prediction was completely wrong.

Anyone but him…

Joseph straightened his back and sat in the proper position as he pulled that person into his lap, indirectly ordering him to ride him. That person clung to Joseph’s neck as Joseph thrust up into him, he rested his head on Joseph’s crookneck, his face looks like about to pass out, he closed his eyes but still let his mouth vocalise his lust.

Jamie saw his face.

He finally saw his face.

Unfortunately, his prediction was right.

Jamie pressed the shutter button aimed at Timothy’s face. He didn’t realise he was in tears until he felt one of them slip on his damp cheeks.
