The person was unconscious from the explosion. My asistant and I ran towards him to see of he was alive, hurt from the explosion, not that it was near him but it vould have impact from the wave length of the  explosion on sound and air.

I was first to see the ,,magician'' that was someone that could help us. Now as I see him, he is uncounscious. I will start the examination. I don't need to be like I've been that is me who is not me now. Ah, here we are. The pulse will be check on his neck that is the carotid artery. 

Next is *slapsd 

I was slaped the person trying to wake him.

,,Frederick don't slap him!'' said the asistant

He took my hand and started pulling it. I just slaped him once what is the problem? Now seriously Fredrick I need to be serious.

,, Sorry, I tought that he could've wake from the slapping.''

He was still unconscious. The examination continued. As I examined his body he's pulse  is affected by the explosion wave from the magic. The pulse is seriously different. But his heart is alright. 

I got up. The asistant looked at me with serious look.

,,He is fine you can move him and place him on that chair.''

There were four wooden old chairs. and one table. On the table there was a book that looked interesting examing it. yes it is he was using it. The book is open, probably he was learning some spells.

I sat on the other side of the asistant, he was watching over the person. This book, it's full of texts and I can't translate it even or try to read it. For remembering i can but the problem is I can't work like that. Yes, I will take pictures.

I took my phone out of my pocket and  put it under the table so the asistant won't see what i'm doing. The book was on my lugs, with the left hand holding the phone and taking photos with it, with the right hand I was scroling the pages. 

Good. I put it right on the table where it was. 

After 20 minutes the person woke up. The asistant stood up and turned to me.

,,Doctor he opened his eyes. Hey listen now please, you need to help us. There is a child tnat need your help''

Huh, he asked for help the moment the guy oppened his eyes and asked help for the patient. How inpure.

,,Sir, sorry my asistant is worried. Are you alright? Can you here me? DO you feel something?'' 

,,No, who are you. Medic why are here  with this guy?''

,,He is a medic too but not from here. You need to help us rosy is sick. We can't make the cure without your magic''

He looked at the asistant with cold eyes he didn't have  nice face, he was angry, sad. He stoop up quick from the chair and ran towards the the door, so he can get in his house.  I stood frozen, didn't tried to stop the man. Only watched him going in his house and clasing the door. 

Actually this, I will use this  moment to make the medicine that is for the correct illnes. 

,,Ahhh, we are losing time! I can't wait for him like this. Asistant listen now, I will tell you what we are going to do. I will go back and make the preparations for the cure, for the time being you arfe going change his mind to help us. Now that I have told yut the plan I will go.'' 

,,But  what if he dosen't change his mind?''

,,You will come back, just don't try asking him just a few times and come back for 15 minutes.''

,,Yes. Then I will see you later.''

Ok, now that he will stay here I will now walk few metres away and start running. I ran as fast as I could to return back. I have enough to time to exam the patient and start the medicine. Now that the assistant is staying there I would have about 47 minutes.

When I arrived in the monestary I went to the patient. the nurse was staying on small chair close to the patient. She noticed me when I closed the door. 

,,When did you come hear?''

,, Just now. Please move I need to check the patient again.''

 She moved with hesitation. I moved straight at the patient. 

,, Where is the doctor?''

,,He is trying to convince the magician to help us, he will come back''

She didn't reply. I ask the patient to open her mouth , I got my phone and turned on the flash. Even if they asked me about the smartphone I would ignore them.

Movin g on, looking in the oropharynx she had on the she had tonsil stones on the left one, the left side is blocked and has bad mouth also sore throat, bad breath  and the one symptom the patient has is... stomachache.

I stopped the examination, turned the phone. Now I can remove it with my instuments or just using some slat water but i belive I can only  removed it but then they sount have anything that will help recover.

,,Is she going to be akright medic?''

,,Do you really ask that kind of question  when your seening clearly that she isn't healthy? Ah nevermind. yes she will be. She only has tonsil stones, two of them, I can remove them and clean her throat or....we can remove it and then we can use other method after it.

,,Dosen't she have  pneumonia? Now tonsil stone? Are you seriously a medical person?''

I looked at her with serious gaze.

,,Yes I'm medic, she didn't had any pneumonia symptoms. Even I said she had, we are humans we can make mistakes. Now stop questioning me. I will start removing the stones from the tonsils."

,,How!?"

I didn't reply, she was such a pain in the head. Wow, I realy hate her, not just hat but here eyes,yes her eyes are terrible and not cute nor beatiful. 

My medkit was in my lab coat. Every scientist and other personal from the faundation has medkit. Ussually there are diferent for diferent branches. The scientists , doctors, biologists, chemists etc. There are many branches like  defense, security, task force etc. etc. Everone had their own custom medkit.

The Laxilion's had their own special medkit, they can be assigned in every department branch and team,unitm division etc.

I put the medkit on the other bed. Openned the Medkit, on the right part were the medical instrumetns in metal box. I took one glove and opened the metal box with my left hand, holding the part of the box. I took the kireta, closed the metal box. 

First I need to explain to the patient, the patient is a child Frederick explaining to the patient is usseles.

,,Rosy plese open your mouth wide open just . AAAAH. And you. Hold this so I can see the tonsil stones.''
I will move normal quick. I gave the phone with the flash on. I moved here arm so I can place the right place for the light to hit straight in the mouth.

,,Yes, I can see the tonsils fine. I will begin the removal of the stones.''

The right hand with the kireta was, I was going to take out the stones. As I removed the stones she was holding my arm with her hands to take out of her mouth.

While removing the tonsils stone there wasn't that much blood, which is good. But the one from the left side behind the tonsil there was big chunk that was th emain problem.

 Now I needed to tale Bedatine and cloth. I put the kireta in the chest pocket so  I can use it after I take the pean and the cloth with betadine.

I took the pean from the metal box and took the cloth with the pean.

,,Plese hold this instrument like this, thank you. Rose only spit now. There is just one stone behinf the right tonsil. I'm sorry that I didn't warn you when I was going to start removing the stones.''

Now I will put small amount of bedatine  on the cloth.  After that I put it back in the medkit. From the sister I took the pean and I took the kireta from the pocket.

In my right hand I was holding the kireta, in the left I was holding the pean. My right hand was in the mouth of the patient.

,,Now listen, I will count to 10 you need to prepare, it's the last one.''

I counted.

,,4, 5, 9. 10'' 

With the Kireta I removed the last stone and began to bleed the tonsil. My hand with the kireta, moved away from the mouth and put th eother with the pean the patient started to cry from the pain from the betadine while I was smearing the tonsils with the bedatine. And I finished.

,, Done, all stones are removed. Just spit out don't swallow. Sister, you make  tea from chamomile  and let it stay, when it's cold she need to make gargara and spit. This need to be done all week. I'm done here. Her symptoms will go away with the time being.''

She looked angry trying to hided her anger for making the child cry, he... It's just a patient nothing more. Now I can take the money and not the father nor that medic can saqy not, only this sister. 

I returned the instruments and the sister gave my phone back. I thanked her.

,,Now that I have finished my work here I will be going. Oh, I almost forgot. The money, sister can you pay with the  money that the father left it here.''

,, WHat about the cure making, is the medicine made?''

,,The brown liquid was the medicine it was already made. Oh, yes about those some capital aristrocatic pigs saying that they are some imperial medics. Look now I only said that so I can help the kid not that I really meant copmeting with them which medicine is better. Now the medic will return for 10 minutes probably failed to change the magicians mind. You can tell him that I needed to intervene because there wasn;t much time before the pain to expand.''

,,So you lied to the Imperial Alchenian Medics? How could you, do you know what they could do to you?!''

Looking at here she looked scared that I lied to some rich people think they can help ill people. I need the money and get out of here.

,,I did what was necessary so I could help the kid. And about what they could do to me that shouldn't concern you, I came here with a hurry. You can pay me. And tell her father that se will be better, that will make him happy. And make here the tea in the evening.''

I looked at the child she was resting in here bed, going to sleep.

,,I apologies for the pain that caused you while removing the stones.''

The sister was sitting beside Rose looking at here face.

I tood there and I was looking at the sister. Too give me the money.

,, The money please''

She looked me with anfry face, she stand up and took the money out from her pocket in her, uniform I think it's. She came to me in gave me the mony an dturned around. 

,, Thank you.''

That's it, now I can go finally in the capital. I exited the monastery and walked on the path that was leadenig to the entreance of the village.

-19 minutes-

While walking I was counting the coins, in the small baggy I hve 45 CA that's 1 SA and the other 2 CA and 4CA I have 139CA in SA 3. That is somekind alright. But how much is the places to sleep the food and...others things.

Alright than, I will run now. That here magic is real it will be alright to run faster than normal.
