(Demise POV)

  It was now six of us Phantoms living in the house. Me, Maria, Veronica, Neptune, Aberash, and now Mitsuki. "So do any of you guys have any idea how we could get out of purgatory?" Mitsuki asked. "We've been trying to do that all year". "So, we're all supposed to just magically know how to get out of here". "The grim reaper told me my success would be here, in New York".

  "So this has to be the place", Aberash said. "Well, tomorrow we can all roam the alleys together, and maybe we'll find something out". "Why do you roam the alleys anyways", Mitsuki asked me. "There are dangerous people there, so I end up beating sense into them or killing them", I said, shrugging my shoulders.

  "Oh, so you're not bitchy after all", Maria told me. "Shut the hell up, just because I like the citizens of New York City doesn't mean I like any of you guys", I said, rolling my eyes. The next day they all came with me while I did my thing. An old lady came in front of us while we were walking on the sidewalk. "Hello miss", Aberash greeted her.

  "Are you all the Phantom Class", she asked. "What", we all said, confused. "The phantom class, you all are phantoms right dear"? Maria pulled her off to the side and took her hood off. "Yes, how do you know this, who are you?" Maria asked. "I'm just a little old lady here to help you", she said, smiling. "Find Chair Woman Wilson, her crew will try to put you down, but that's where your weapons come in handy". 

  "I can see them, they may be invisible to the naked eye, but I see them", she smiled. "Yes the samurai, a robin hood, the gunman, the tweaker, the musician, and lastly the grim reaper". "All of the weapons have been collected and paired perfectly". I was in awe, she knew everything. We were finally going to get out of purgatory.

  "This is fate", she said, handing me a note. "That is where you will find your first line of clues". "Good luck", she said walking into an alley. "Wait", Neptune shouted, chasing after her. We all looked in the alley to see that she had disappeared. "Well we got enough information for now", Veronica said.

  We went to the address written on the note. "Hello, anybody here", Veronica shouted. "Oh, the Phantom Class", a lady said. She emerged from the shadows of the dimly lit room. "Are you Chair Woman Wilson"? "You think it's going to be that easy getting to her"? "I'm Sasha, the person that's going to stop you from escaping purgatory". 

  "What", Mitsuki shouted. "If you escape then we won't be able to find the secret to eternal life without aging", she said, shrugging her shoulders. "You phantoms hold so much power in just your weapons", she said, pressing a button on her glasses. "I think she can see our weapons with those", I whispered. "Yup, you guys are the phantom class". "Now, how about you guys come with me and you can live here", she said turning on the lights. 

  There were six rooms, one for each of us. "Here the only thing is that you will be sent through testing so that we can learn the secret for E.L.W.A". "If you want to know the secret for eternal life without aging, go ahead and die as we did", I shouted. "I can see it now", she said, gasping. "Your weapon, I couldn't see it before but I see it now". "It says your name on it, Demise".

  "But engraved on the staff it says.... Grim Reaper". "You have the grim reaper's scythe"? She walked up to me and looked at it closer. "How did you get this"? I stepped back. "I asked him for it, not back off". "Yeah, we don't want to live here", Maria shouted. "Oh well, I guess we'll just have to force you". She analyzed our weapons. "I see that all of you are phantoms, except for you right there", she pointed to who she thought was Neptune. 

  It was a decoy that Veronica made. Neptune was on the roof and jumped down-firing both guns at Sasha. "Guys", Sasha shouted. About 10 men emerged and were ready to fight. This was all of our first time fighting that wasn't practiced or on a lousy human. I watched Mitsuki pull out a bat with nails in it. I pulled out my scythe.

  "Cool weapon Mitsuki", I said, smiling. "Thanks, yours is cool too". She smacked a guy in the face with it and knocked him out cold. "You know what Mitsuki, I think we're gonna be friends". I raised my scythe in the air and did a spinning jump-cutting a guy's head off. I smiled the whole time. Neptune did a back flip while shooting both guns, hitting and killing two people. 

  Aberash shoved her sword into a man's stomach and picked it up like he was a Shish Kebob. Veronica shot 12 arrows and a guy and killed him instantly. Maria played a soft tune that causes two guys to drop dead. I swung my arrow and cut two guys' heads off at the same time. We all turned to Sasha. "Hey guys, listen, it doesn't have to be this way", she said with an awkward laugh. 

  "Phantom form", Aberash and Veronica said. Their faces scared her, causing her to scream. I looked at Neptune who was holding in a wail. "Let it out, Wailing woman". She took her hands off her mouth and wailed causing her to go into phantom form. Mitsuki went into her phantom form and caressed Sasha's face. "Are you going to try to stop us now", I asked. "No, I'm so sorry". "Maria, it's your turn".

  Maria played a tune, causing Sasha to slowly die. "The tune, it's quiet but so loud, it's beautiful".
