“No problem,” Sai started looking Meghan up and down, her clothes were a mess and she had never looked worse. “Do we continue going that way?” Sai pointed in the direction they were originally headed, and Meghan nodded, slowly walking in that direction. “Alright-“ Sai’s sentence fell short when he saw a bump on Meghan’s exposed lower back. It was a weird sight, all the skin on the bump had turned grey while what looked like fur had begun to grow on it, similar to the bumps on her head where two small bold batches had formed. “What?” Meghan asked looking over her shoulder to see Sai who just shook his head, “it’s nothing,” Sai forced a smile and continued following Meghan.
The duo went on to continue walking for the next five and a half hours, with more and more monsters appearing, but none of them doing as much damage as the zebra had done. Meghan was bothered by the events of that morning, but the drive to see her best friend pushed her through…

Heyo guys, so this has happened because I was 1000 characters over the usual word limit of Tapas... There is a chance this could happen a lot in the future, but don't worry I'll probably split the chapters in half once they reach adequate length.
When the world comes to an abrupt ending, Meghan and her friends find themselves faced with dangers only found in a game. Facing these dangers as they grow greater, will Meghan survive and make it into the tower? Or will she kick the bucket just before her moonlit path reveals itself?
