I awkwardly smiled at the human, as we sat in silence, the human staring directly into my eyes, with an exceptionally readable expression that could only be over joyed to hear the news. 

It had been almost a whole minute before I had realised that I didn’t even know it’s name. 

“Oh hey! I forgot to ask you, whats your name? Mines Emery, and as you know already I’m a wizard here on planet Vox!!” I asked excitedly, breaking the nightly silence. 

“Oh uh.. I’m Seth. Nice to meet you Emery.. i guess..” The human responded, almost embarrassed, at what though, I could not tell.

“Seth huh.. thats such a cool name I wish mine was as cool as yours.. gosh now my name seems super boring!” 

“Your name isn’t boring.. it’s cool.. i guess..” 

I smiled at him, no longer seeing him as a stranger, but already seeing him as a friend. I just hoped I wouldn’t get too attached before I sent him bac- enough of that talk, it was best not to think about it after all. 

“Soo, what was that plan you had to get me back home?” Seth asked, again seeming almost embarrassed by the question. I didn’t understand why, but I put it out of my mind. Right now what was most important..

I set down a notebook I had summoned here (without any humans along with it) not too long ago whilst I was out, and flicked to the plan. There in it’s shiny glory was it all. A golden plan, in which nothing could go wrong. But first.. 

“We need to disguise you.” I stated firmly.

“What?”

“Humans aren’t safe here, which is why you need to be sent back as quickly as possible to where you belong.. oh no offence by the way, it should be in both our best interests.”, which I could sense that it was, over how Seth had reacted only just to being so far from home. 

“Ok, well how do we get a disguise then?” Seth enquired. 

“We’ll have to consult a dearest friend of mine..”
