Today's the day Mr. Anders will be here, don't know why I got up so early, he won't even be here until noon. But here I am, at six in the morning getting ready for the day. Shower first, dry my hair; which is a pain because it's so long but I don't plan on cutting it anytime soon. After all that I made myself breakfast; some poached eggs and waffles. Don't ask, yes it's a weird combo but it tastes good. By the time I finished all that it was only nine in the morning. For the remainder of time I spent reading the first volume of one of my favorite series, Thirst; and before I knew it my phone was ringing and there was knocking on my door. I bookmarked my place and picked up my phone while going to the door. I didn't recognise the number and when I opened my door, there stood a six foot three muscular guy, with blue eyes and long brown hair in a low ponytail, and he looked slightly annoyed.
"Hello, you must be Mr. Anders." I said. "And sorry if you were waiting a while, I was reading and when I read I don't hear anything around me anymore. Please come in." I stepped back and opened the door more to let him in.
"No it's fine, I can understand that, I'm the same way." He said his voice was deep and soothing. "You can call me Zane, Mr. Anders is much too formal, and what should I call you?"
"Zane then, Emmaline, Em or Emma is fine. What did you have in mind for today?" I asked.
"What have you been doing recently?" Zane asked while looking around my place, presumably looking for work out equipment.
"The workout room is this way." I answered without his asking. "And just what I'm comfortable with, sorry." and led him to the workout room
"Why are you sorry?" He asked, the slight confusion obvious in his voice.
"Well I've met others who do physical therapy and they have horror stories about getting in trouble for not doing enough exercise." I replied honestly.
"Well those people should be fired then." He replied while looking over the equipment. "Is all this new? it doesn't look used."
"I'm sorry I don't know. I lost my memory in the accident. This was all here when I got here." It was while I answered this question that I noticed something. One of my three strings was attached to this guy.
