"I'm sorry to hear that. I'm guessing since there are no weights on these you haven't used them yet, and that's fine, I would prefer that you hadn't. It could have been dangerous if you weren't able to handle it. So I'm guessing just the treadmill and the bike?" He guessed.
"Yes, and walking around my property. I had been thinking about the pool, but I don't even know if I can swim, so I figured it would be better to wait for you to be here." I responded honestly.
"Well I guess it's a good thing that I have a pair of swimming trunks in my bag. Do you want to start with that or would you rather start with something else?" He asked.
"Shouldn't that be up to you?" I asked.
"Typically, yes. But since this is our first meeting I would like to see what you can do and for how long you can do it before you tire too much. That way I know how to set it all up." He answered.
"Well then. I suppose we can start with the weights, and then the treadmill and then the pool?" I questionly suggested.
"Sounds good, we'll start with the two pound weights. I know that seems super light, but we don't know what you can handle. We'll start with the dumbbells and work our way up to the bench press. I know two pounds sounds light, but we don't know what you can handle." He said. "If you do well with the two pounds for ten minutes then we will move on up to the five pound ones, and if you do well with those for twenty minutes then we move up to the next, so on and so forth. We will work with those for an hour and a half, then the treadmill for an hour, and we can finish the rest of the time in the pool and then the muscle massage after."
"That sounds like a lot, and I didn't know that physical therapists did massages too." I said.
"It is a lot, but it is needed, and yes we do massages as well. It's to help the muscles relax after such an intense workout." Zane replied.
