"That's the thing... I'm supposed to have you work for it". He stared me in the eye, waiting for me to talk. I stood there with a blank expression, just staring back. I finally let out a deep sigh and walked toward his desk. "Listen, I'm going to need that message or this is going to go somewhere it shouldn't". "Do you know how many people wish they were you? That they could do the things you can like living forever, you a god in their world". "When they become me their mind will change". "I'm supposed to let you pass on when people will pay me to make sure that doesn't happen"?

  "What's the message Wraith"? "I guess you'll never know", he smiled. I pulled out my scythe and he stood up from his seat. I stepped back, "Scared Demise"? "No, just ready to beat your ass". He pulled a gun out of his pocket and shot it at me. I used my scythe to block it, it redirected and flew out of the door. He ran up and smacked me with his gun. I waved my scythe and he dodged it. It hit his security guard and took his head off. 

   He stepped back and hit a black button on his desk. The lights went red and an alarm went off. Out of the window, I could see everyone evacuating the building. Out I saw the rest of the Phantom Class. "What the hell were they doing. I ducked down as I saw him swinging a knife at me. I tried to bang on the window but I felt his gun pressing on my back. He leaned on me and whispered in my ear. "You're a fine young woman, why don't we put this aside and get to know each other"?

  I punched through the glass and my friends looked up at them. Then turned around and ran back into the building. I elbowed him in the stomach and turned around. He stumbled back while laughing. "I guess that's a no". I put my scythe in the air and swung it. He ducked and it got stuck in the ground. He shot me in my side which made me fall. "Guess this is where you die, and I sell you on the black market", he laughed. The door opened and in came my friends. Veronica shot an arrow at him and knocked him off of me.

  He groaned in pain but stood back up. Mitsuki walked up to him and hit him in the head with her bat. "We got you Demise", Veronica shouted. Maria helped me up and pulled the bullet out of my side. It healed and I got up to watch them finish him off. Mitsuki pushed him down on his knees and stared him in the eye. "What's the message", she asked. "Well I know I'm going to die now, so why should I tell you"? "Because we'll let you live", I stepped in. "What", Aberash interuppted. "If you tell us what's going on and stay by our side, we'll let you live". 

  Mitsuki let him go and stepped back. "The message is that whether you realize it or not you guys are here for a reason. Some of you need to think about your lives before you died. What did you long for, what did you want. And believe it or not, some of you might need to go back to that place". "But- what if we don't want to pass on", I asked. Everyone looked at me in confusion. "What if there are things on earth we want to keep forever". "What are you talking about Demise", Mitsuki asked. 

  "I don't want to pass on, I'm happy here on earth". "Out reason for living is to leave at the end Demise", Aberash said. "We can talk about this later", I said picking up Wraith. "What's your real name Wraith"? "My name is Cydney, but you can call me Cyd". "Well Cyd, welcome to the Phantom Class". "Wait so I can just join you, you're gonna let me live"?

   "Yeah, we wouldn't lie to you".
