As we approach the outskirts of town, my father sat us down finally so we can walk on their own. He tried to understand more about where she comes from, "I wonder how come no one has ever discovered your people until now. You would think that if there are 3 large underground cities and a massive underground lake in this part of the world; we would have came across your kind at some point." 

   "Probably not. Our people don't like the idea of surface dwellers. If any do find us they are to be immediately killed. If they can even survive the tunnels that lead to our homes in the first place. They are filled with creatures like the ones you all already fought when I tried to escape to the surface. I almost died trying to escape myself until the stone wall blocking my escape suddenly was ripped away and I just kept running. After hearing everything I think it might have been Tatsuhiro who saved me from becoming those things dinner," she responded.

   I wondered, "Why hasn't anyone tried to leave before?" She answered, "They have. None of them either survive the trip through the tunnels, or if they do surfacers kill them thinking them monsters. I don't blame them puberty is different for my kind. You were either an Underworld or a Transcended. If you are Underworld than your place is as a slave. If you are Transcended then your place is with the royals."

   Father questioned her as we walked through town and people began to stare, "What is an Underworld and a Transcended? Why is one forced into slavery and the other somehow royalty?" 

   "They are all Pandella.......... But they look drastically different. Our religious leaders and lore keepers tell us that are kind are descended from normal spiders that somehow survived being brought to this world through means that were not natural. They appeared so underground in what would become their future home. You told me of this Cataclysm that happened 100,000 years ago. That lines up with how long ago we are told our ancestors arrived here. For a very long time our people slowly evolved underground. This evolution was also rapidly increased by the magic that was so abundant in this world. Then they were eventually discovered by the last remaining of the Spriggans that enslaved us for thousands of years. As our kind of old and were enslaved our former masters abused us and used us as they pleased. The mixed breeding with them is what really started to propel our species into becoming much more different. Eventually the spriggans were too few to remain in power and a revolt happened but the first of the Transcended. Those who had more connection to the Spriggans genetically than the rest of the Pandella," she explained.

   I asked her trying to also keep her from focusing on all of the people in town staring at her, "Okay so what's the big difference between the two since you say that only the Transcended are slave owners now? Like how different are they from the Underworld ones."

   As the town people started gossiping around us about what she was in what was going on; she did actually answer my question, "When we go through puberty we form a cocoon around us made from our silk in it we begin metamorphosing into either an Underworld or Transcended Pandella. Underworld Pandella are more alike to our ancestors and as a result look more monster like even though they are still people. Transcended Pandella look more like elves in appearance. They still have multiple arms and multiple eyes like the Underworld ones, but they are a lot more like you all on the surface. All of us are humanoid at least in our shape after puberty. When the Transcended rose to power they made it so that only Transcended were truly people, and anyone who wasn't one was a slave who had the chance to become a warrior if they prove themselves."

   Father remarked, "Sounds a lot like how those of Puhala treat their slaves. They make them seem as if they are property instead of people to justify their abuse. At least hear our slaves are still people first with all of the same rights that they have as normal citizens with caveats from self-imposing themselves into slavery. At least here it's a sexual thing the vast majority of the time and we don't mistreat our fellow man."

   Hayami lowered her head in shame, "I do not know which one I will be. My mother it was a slave and therefore I was a slave, but she says my father was our master. I am not sure that when I finally go into my cocoon that I will emerge one or the other. If I come out looking like a monster; please don't be afraid of me."

   I place my hand on her head and gently pat her. She looks at me worried, but I just smile at her. She was very sweet and I could tell deep down that she was a good person.

   "Thank you," she whispered right as we reached my home. Now she took one look at it I could see that her eyes started to recognize many of the same architectural features of her homeland in its design and look.

   Her face lit up with joy and she smiled at the sight of something that reminded her of Japan. I was happy for her and was ready to go lay down in my own bed. My father however stopped us and told me, "Not so fast now. You told me that you promised this young girl that you would keep her safe so long as she remains your servant. So now you're going to keep that promise by first starting with making her a place to stay because we don't have a spare room for her so you're going to build one. I know you have the spells and skills to do it so get to work. If you finish before sunset I will not punish you for going off the deep end."

   I looked at him very sad and I gave him a nod. Then started scanning the area for the perfect place to put down home for her on the property. Since we didn't really have any neighbors next to us we had a lot of open space to work with, and I saw the perfect spot to make her a wonderful place to stay. Much better than anything she probably has ever had before.

   I ask her, "So how would you like your new home to look?" She seemed confused by the question at first. After a few minutes of thinking it over and waiting for my father to head on inside she responded in Japanese, "Something that reminds me of Nihon." 

   I nod because that was definitely doable. I activate the Eye of Destruction using its capability to expand the level of control that I have over my spells so I can increase the area of effect that I will need for what I'm about to do also tapping into my innate Magic Supremacy that I learned about for the same reason. As I begin channeling the magic to use the spell I could feel a new connection form and I understood what was going on. I was finally tapping into the power of the Eye of Creation. 

   As the connection finished and I could feel the power that it held finally under my control; a part of me felt relieved having finally connected to all 3 eyes that I had access to. I then opened the Eye of Kings once more prepared to speak my will over my creations for further flexibility. My floating crown of 3 glowing red eyes symbols actually must have seen pretty intimidating or all inspiring to her because her mouth was open seeing all three of them active.

   Even though the Eye of Kings was not going to be particularly useful in this situation it will be if I need to convince someone to give me something. Hopefully I won't need to use it, but just in case I might it needs to be already active. But then I started to get to work casting Construct Framework. It was usually use to create individual rooms and is actually one of the easier spells to learn that eventually help with learning be much more advanced and difficult spell of Build Home. Both of use earth magic as it takes many of the different elements of earth and shapes them into the necessary parts of a house instantly to make viable homes for people to live in with ease. I would just use build home if I knew how it worked but for now I'm just going to have to use this method of cheating the system. 

   With the enhancements that I've made to increase my area of effect by casting the spell first I'm essentially making what would be a normal sized 25ft wide by 25ft long by 15ft high room expand by nearly 10 times each of those dimensions to create the frame works for an entire house. That I can then use the same spell multiple times without my eyes activate to separate each of the individual rooms and floors. It's odd that I'm going to be making a home bigger than the one I'm currently living in with this method. But I want to give her the best so that she can see that I want her to be happy after realizing how hard her life has been so far.

   With this spell I could create the wooden framework and the walls and ceiling and floor. Also leaving in holes for windows and doors within each of the walls as well as pathways for stairs to be built. I envisioned many of the beautiful homes that were a mixture of modern and traditional Japanese architecture from my time there my past life. Once the outside was done I entered into the building and where I left a hole for the main door I used Minor Geo Manipulation to manifest a wooden door and some stone steps with ease.

   Looking around the place I simply moved my hand across the air, and everything that I could see within the space began to be covered in a beautiful wooden floor paneling. I started simply looking in the direction where I wanted each of the individual rooms and began casting Construct Framework again and again. Adjusting the size as needed with what I had in mind for each room being including making a stairway with Minor Geo Manipulation leading up to a second and third floor. As I walked up onto each of the floors I made I created more and more brooms leaving in my creations minor holes inside the walls for natural pipes and eventually wiring for what I had in mind as a more natural way for water for plumbing and bathing to circulate through with what I had in mind for her water source. Using minor go manipulation and my own understanding of architecture and home renovation I made sure to fortify everything I made with metal and even replace some of the wooden beams with metal ones to ensure the structure of the house was stable. As I made my way up to where the roof will be I began manifesting with Minor Geo Manipulation a traditional Japanese style roof. 

   I then flew down to the ground from the air and created a large hole with my magic and began to use Minor Geo Manipulation to create all the individual pieces of a water purification tank and plumbing system. Once I had everything that I needed I assembled it all together using Electric Slide to boost my speed as I wanted to get done in a timely manner. Once all that was set up I placed both in the hole and then started filling the water tank with water to get it going through the house. Then I covered up the hole with a reinforced sheet of metal with a latch able to open it up if they need to be worked on or fixed.

   From there I began to make the windows from wood latches with sick of vine strings to close them on the inside. After that I began producing the metal needed in the wiring for getting proper electricity set up in here with my magic. With my enhanced speed what would have taken almost all day to get setup normally was done in about 2 hours. I also got raw materials from the town hardware store leaving behind the amount that it cost in coin on the counter using the money I had saved up from my allowance over the years. 

   Once all of the wiring was done and I put it in its proper places within the walls the electricity was ready to start flowing into the house I just needed a power source. From there I knew the perfect place to go. Mom's shop also sells Power Spheres which are enchanted balls of metal that have enough electricity stored within them to power a house for about a century before needing to be swapped out. I had studied how our own houses electricity worked long enough for me to replicate the machine that the sphere goes into to power a home. I recreated it from memory with me taking one of the spheres from the shop and leaving behind the coin I came back and set up the power through her house so she had working lights and electricity.

   Once that was done the only thing left was furniture which I was not able to make so easily outside of the frameworks for it. So I didn't even bother with that and instead just took the rest of my money and went and bought her a bunch of chairs and couches and a TV and a bed. After filling the house with furniture I returned to my original starting point outside after nearly six hours of work and I just admired my creation. I stopped all of the magical effects going on with me and all of the natural ones to and just soaked in the site. 

   I looked at it in awe and proudly declared, "It is done!" Hearing that Hayami who had been watching the entire time occasionally talking to my father and meeting my mother looked at it in its completion and seemed impressed.

   My felt the tiredness overcome me again and I realize that I was still very much exhausted from everything that happened at the mines. I told them, "Now if you need me..... I'm going to go to bed." However I was not able to make it to my room as I blacked out from exhaustion almost immediately.
