TW (maybe just to be sure) Jack jumps out of a window but he Is fin

Jack was sitting in his room, but he could hear his parents talking in the living room downstairs. His mom didn't want to move again but his father had made up his mind about moving.

" Are you sure we have to move again? Leonard, you know how hard it was for us all the last time." Leonard looked at his wife with an apologetic look on his face "Madalena, my love, I know how much you hate moving but, it is for ours and all the other vampires in this town's safety and you know we can't trust what a werewolf says." "But don't you think that it was weird that he said he smelled his mate and then he came here?" "I don't believe him it was probably just a way to get us to trust him." " he just seems like such a good boy and Jack also seemed to be taking a liking to him. I thought that he finally found a friend a chance to find his mate."

As Jack was listening to his parents talking, he could feel his cheeks getting wet, he was crying, but he didn't know why, why was he crying at the thought of moving, sure he hated moving to a new place, but he had never cried about it before, what was this weird feeling in his chest he had never felt like this before.

Jack wanted to try and clear his head by taking a walk around town but he knew that if he tried to walk out of the front door his parents would stop him so he decided to take the window but since his room was on the second floor it would be a hard fall at least there were some bushes under his window " get it together Jack just take a deep breath and jump the worst that can happen is a sprained ankle." and with that, he jumped.

"Ugh that was not the worst idea I have ever had but it definitely makes top 10. I really hope this walk will be worth it." Jack limped a little when he was walking towards the sidewalk it wasn't as bad as he had thought but it definitely wasn't a walk in the park.

He didn't really know where he was going, he just needed to get out of the house and clear his head and before he knew it, he was standing inside the forest where he first saw that wolf or as he now know Liam. He sat down on a fallen tree and put his head in his hands "What am I doing here I should be at home packing right now not sitting in a forest thinking about a stupid werewolf about Liam." just saying his name made tears swell up in his eyes. He had an idea as to why he was feeling this way but the thought of that and the fact that he had to move just made more tears come to the surface "why are you crying? I thought you would be happy that I was leaving." 

Jack looked up in shock to see Liam standing in front of him. He wiped his tears away as Liam sat down next to him "why are you here I thought you left." " I was going to but I just... I just couldn't leave when I had finally found my ma..." "Please don't say it if you say it, it makes it that more real and it will be so much harder to leave." Jack looked over at Liam to see sadness in his eyes " are you leaving? But I only just found you." " We have to, it is the only way to keep everyone safe." " Safe? Safe from what?" Jack looked at Liam with shock " Safe from you werewolves of course and the hunters you are working with to get rid of us vampires."

" What do you mean? We are not working with any hunters they want to get rid of us as much as they want you. What makes you think that we are working with them?" " I have been told my whole life that you can't trust a werewolf that they will lead you into a place where no one can find you and then a hunter will kill you and leave your dead body at your family’s door for them to find." Now it was Liam's turn to be in shock " we would never do something like that. Who told you that?" " everybody. It's a lesson that I learnt when I was young because it happed to my little sister. She followed a wolf into the forest and was found on our doorstep with a stake in her heart and a note saying we were next." " I'm sorry that happened to you but there must be another explanation nobody in my pack would ever think to do that let alone to a child."

Jack turned his head away from Liam when he heard a stick break "who's there?" Jack stood up from the tree and looked around to find a tall man standing in the trees not so far away from them.
