"Welcome to Trap City, I'm Inko", I introduced my true self. She looked at me with a shocked face. "Inko... is your real name"? "Yup, is something wrong"? "No, of course not", she said looking around. "I'm guessing you've never even set foot on the bridge. "Nope, I haven't". "Well this is Trap City, like what you see"? "Yeah, everything looks so cool". "Well if you really lived here, you wouldn't find it so cool". "How about you teach me then, I wanna know what Trap City is really like". "Okay then, try and fit in, stay behind me". I started walking and she followed of course. I ran into Catra. "Hey Inko", she greeted me.
"Who's that behind you"? I stepped to the side and revealed Emily. "Is that the Council Woman"! "Not anymore... kinda, they're getting a divorce". "What's she doing in Trap City"? "She wanted me to teach her what it's really like here". "Well wouldn't someone like her know already"? Emily stayed quiet. "Bye Catra", I said walking away. "Is something wrong Emily"? "No, just not used to being here". I ran into James, he had some weird looking guy with him. He had white hair, cold blue eyes, and pale ice skin. "Who's that", I asked. "Cyberbully". "Oh, future enemy". Yup, who's that"?
"Emily, the CouncilWoman". "Oh, current enemy". "Yup... well bye now have a nice day", I told him. "Yep". "Who was that", Emily asked. "That's my bestfriend, James". "Am I really an enemy to bandits"? "Yes, your husband and the president are too". "Why are we so in the wrong, you guys are the ones always stealing". What Emily didn't know is that would hit a nerve, now I was angry. I got so angry I started to laugh, uncontrollably. "What's so funny"? "You"! I turned around. "If you goodies, more specifically the OFFICIALS, did your jobs like so we wouldn't have to steal", I shouted. I pushed her against the wall.
"Do you think that we want to steal"! She looked me in the eye in confusion. "That we wanna risk our lives everyday? To you guys that's pocket change but for us it's food for the week"! "I- I'm sorry I didn't know". "That's exactly why you shouldn't go assuming things". I continued walking and she followed. "I'm gonna show you a lesson", I said grabbing her hand. "What're you doing"? I stepped back built up my strenghth. "Try and land from this high up". "But we're on the groun-". I threw her up in the air. "Try and land"!
"I can't", she shouted. I waited a minute before I realized she wasn't gonna land. I jumped up in the air and caught her before landing on the ground. I put her down and her legs were shaking. "Are you okay"? "Do I look okay Inko"? "You're not hurt so yes you do look okay". She scoffed. I let Emily stay at my house for about a week before she went back to RingTown. At that point she knows almost everything to Trap City. I couldn't wait for the next time she came over.
RingTown, a province where everyone is successful. Yet you can't say the same for the ones who live across the bridge, in Trap City. A place where every coin has a crime behind it. Two towns of opposites, how will they mix?
