When I make my way back to the dorm I bump into Erris and Jordan. Jordan gives me a soft smile while Erris rolls his eyes and scoots closer to me. 

“Hey Erris, I need a favor” I sorta half mumble.

“Sorry, I'm busy, maybe later?” I go to protest against Erris’s words when Jordan pushes in,

“I could do it, I’m not that busy, I don’t have class for another couple hours” He smiles once again but right about now I could wipe that smile off of his face.

“No really, I want my boyfriend to help me” I stared slightly at Erris, seeing how I needed him to intervene. 

“If it’s that important then just tell me right here” He scoffed, obviously not liking my use of the label boyfriend. I roll my eyes and brush a hand through the fluffy curls atop my head and with a sigh state my need,

“I need a picture of you for my photography class” I mumble softly.

“Oh that's not too bad babe, I ca-”

“Naked” I interrupt so he doesn’t get any false ideas. He stares at me bug-eyed a bit and goes to speak, probably to deny my request when Jordan speaks up once again.

“You guys are a couple so, of course, my cousin can help you, and if some wild thing comes up and he cannot, I am always here” He winks at me and with one swift movement pecs my lips and then leaves, the clank of his heeled boots still ringing in my ears. I glance back and see a fire has sparked in Erris’s eyes. He glances over to me and shrugs off the annoyance and pulls me to him, he leans toward me and brings his lips to my ear in an attempt to whisper a secret.

“Jordan is just down the hall, watching us, I put up a tracking spell on his obnoxious boots, anyway he has yet to leave so I have to kiss you” He pulls away and stares at me for a second before plunging in and beginning our first kiss as a couple, as Erris and Maxi, as the new drama for the magic world. His lips graze over mine and settle there for a millisecond that in reality feels like a decade. I push in harder to seal the deal (who am I kidding, I just wanna kiss the hottie). I feel the breach in my lips and his tongue begins to explore my mouth, I make small muffled squeaks and sounds, maybe moans if you choose to be the dirty-minded. He pulls away again and nibbles along my jaw until he makes his way down toward my collarbone and begins the process of a hickey. I gasp out and my hands tense around him as he finishes up and leans back over to my ear,

“He left….and sure, I’ll see you later in your room tonight for the photos.” He pecked my forehead and walked away, wiping his mouth as he turned the counter. That hurt but I can’t expect my dream lover to be..well in love with me. I sigh and go back inside, starting a shower while I preheat my oven. I scrub shampoo into my hair while I wonder if I am incorrect, if Erris really does like me. I laugh and decide that I am just being looney and leave that topic for another day.
