It had been weeks since Nick was transmitted into the hospital and now he was finally going home. Bethany could barely contain her excitement. She had managed to talk to the shop keeper of the dress store that Wendy worked at and had asked to let Bethany take Wendy home with her. (The lady of course said ‘yes’ after realizing that Bethany was the long lost queen.) Bethany knocked on the door of Nick and Wendy’s room before entering.

“Come in,” a girl’s voice said. Bethany then entered the room.

“Good morning,” Bethany said cheerfully.

“Good morning, you're in a good mood,” Nick said teasingly.

“Yep. Are you both all ready to go?” Bethany asked.

“Almost. . .,” Nick said, shoving a few last minute things in his suitcase before closing it. Wendy then walked out of the bathroom wearing a beautiful light blue dress. Her hair was held back in a long fishtail braid.

“I’m ready to go,” Wendy said, heading over to her bed to grab her suitcase.

“You look nice, Wendy,” Bethany said, looking Wendy up and down.

“Thanks,” Wendy said, brushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear. Her cheeks turned a light pink color.

“Do you guys need help bringing down your stuff, or do you have it?” Bethany asked.

“We got it. We’ll meet you guys downstairs,” Nick said, gathering his last belongings.

“Ok,” Bethany said leaving the room.
