Then... What I saw behind the gate stunned me...

  As the gate opens, we passed through it and I saw ancient ruins. Not just any ancient ruins that can be found anywhere during dungeon raids. This one's a little bit special, it's Ancient Valvagard ruins...

 But, woahh I still couldn't believe what I just witnessed 4 years ago. 

  It's pretty dark in the inside, the remaining ruins were covered in huge thick mythical trees. The trees are blocking the sun but there's also a fragment of light inside because there are glowing ores that grew on those mythical trees. Those trees grow random ores such as "Hantrum", "Gorgag", "Calcilius", and "Aragnasium". I don't think that Earth have these ores, and I believe that ores doesn't normally grow right? Especially on trees, what a weird place. As decades pass, all the buildings are in a state of ruins. Wild plants, vines , glowing mushrooms and mosses grow freely everywhere in it. There was this time when we walked through the mythical forest, I remember that I touched a fragment of a glowing ore that grew on the tree, the ore was really~ colorful and pretty

  But when I touch it...

 "BOOM!"

    It made a mana reaction..

  Mr. Howard was far ahead of me, but he told me to follow him while he clears the path for me. Oh, and he also said "Walk straight forward, no lefty righty, and the most important thingy~ DON'T TRY TO DO ANYTHING IDIOTICALLY!!!". Like the kid I was, I ignored everything he said and do as myself pleases, because of my stupidity I ended up causing a big trouble. Afterwards, Howard stopped at his tracks after he heard the explosion. His face was looking to the direction of the explosion. It took him half a minute to realize that was where I was walking. He ran as fast as he could, as if his precious son's life was on the line. He neither have a son nor a wife, he's only a bachelor that isn't attractive enough to pull a single women.

  As soon as he arrived he saw my face were covered in black powder and it also got on my clothes, all dirty. I can see that he was about scold me, but instead he took a deep breath and exhales to calms himself. He wiped the stains off my face using a handkerchief and gives me new clothings. He ordered me to get changed in 5 minutes or he'll be leaving me behind without hesitation. I got my self cleaned-up and ready to set off. In the car, I asked him about the glowing ore that I happen to touch a while ago. I didn't know anything about ores or complicated science-y stuff around that age.

 "The ore that you touch back then is called Calcilius and it's a very dangerous stone, it reacts to two type of natural elements which is electricity and water" Howard explained to me what was the rock about and also added, "After the elemental reaction occurs, the ore will explode but it won't be shattered into pieces by its own explosion. Luck's on your side kid, you're lucky that you only touched a fragment of it, if you happen to touch the big one, it'll cost you your life" said Howard. His explanation sent chills down my spine, I started worrying about my surroundings to avoid anything similar like that.

 However, curiosity keeps urging me to ask Howard about some things. It's just that I'm just afraid that he might get mad at me again. So I pondered about it over and over again. Howard noticed my facial expression and body reaction like he knows that I'm holding the urge to ask him something from the rearview mirror, so he initiated a conversation, "So kid, what're you holding back there?" he asked. "Ah well.. I was about to ask you about this whole place" I replied.

 Howard answered my question with a bright face,

 "Ahh is that so..... well as you can see your surrounding is a ruin" .

"Not just a normal ruin, but Ancient Valvagard ruins. I bet you already knew about this right before we enter the gates. This place was once civilized by a lot of races around hundreds years ago"

 "But it turned into ruins after a weird phenomenon that pulls off a weird, but strong gravitational pull. Because of the strong gravitational pull, all buildings were shattered down till there's nothing left but just stick and stones.  Thereafter, we all abandoned this place and moved to a better place that today you know as The Kingdom Of New Valvagard"

Lasty, Howard said "Ah and, in the matter of fact, we have arived at our destination".

 I looked around for the entrance but I found nothing but this huge cave hole below us . I looked at Howard with a confused face and I was about to ask him about the place, and suprisingly I got spanked in the ass then I fell into that goddamn hole. 

"AAAHHHHH"

  I shrieked in pain after I got spank in the ass by Howard and fell right into that hole . The next thing I knew, I was standing with both of my feet as I slowly open my eyes. I thought the hole was hundred meters deep that I might break my legs if I fall into it, I took a look at my surrounding and couldn't find the hole I was pushed in, but instead I saw a huge space around this cave. I mean...this cave is really huge that I felt like I was an ant inside it, but when I looked below me

  I was shocked at the sight that.. Howard was..

   Howard was upside down??

 The cave had a gravitational force that allows me to stand upside down from Howard's point of view. Just like what Howard told me back then about the weird phenomenon thingy. Unexpectedly, Howard jumped through the hole and I tripped over because of the shock. My ass was hurt after I tripped over, then Howard lended me his hand, pulling me up and apologizes for his actions a while ago. Howard asked me to follow him and we made our move. "We finally arrived" said Howard, as we walk through the boulders I saw a big, luxurious place but it's not a mansion.. but a gladiator arena and it's huge! There's also windows on every corner. "Damn this building is huge and beautiful, just why there is a building in this cave?" I question myself. But by the time we arrive, the whole building was dark as if no one's there then I saw a light reflecting, after a minute then it deflects. I had a feeling that someone in there. Curiousity made me rush inside to investigate who it is.

 "OYYY!!! KAZAKI!!! DONT GO IN THERE BY YOURSELF!!!" Howard shouted at me as he warns me. I ignored him and when I opened the door, the hallway lights was already turned on. My curiosity just keeps me on the edge.. Without further thinking, I continue running and following where the light came from, but then I bumped into someone. "Ugh~ my elbow hurts" a voice was heard. I opened my eyes and saw a girl.. beautiful skinny girl, her skin is white as snow, brown curly hair, as I tried to get up I got distracted by her ocean blue eyes. I turned my face in the other direction and I was like "Hell naw, I ain't no simp".

"Hey.. hey, hey are you okay?" with a soft voice, she asked. I nodded . "Hmm... I haven't seen you anywhere around here before, are you new here?" I answered "Y-yeah..". Suddenly her face lights up "Ahh, you must be that new kid teacher mentioned!" I was confused. The reason I came here was because Uncle Fuguromo told me to meet his old friend but I didn't have an answer to that question so I just nodded so that she'll take that as yes. She greeted me with an elagant smile. "Well hello, I'm Ayaka. Ayaka Shiro" she introduced herself, "Ehh, your name sounds Japanese. Are you a Japanese descendent?" I asked. "No, no no. I'm more of a Japanese hybrid, I may have a Japanese name but I have white genes" she added, and so I "Ohh"-ed to her reply and introduced myself as well. By coincidence, me and Ayaka has a similarity. Our father is a Japanese descendent and our mother is a white descendent. 

 "Wanna be friends?", she asks with a bright smile. I find her really cute, and of course I agreed on being friends with her. "Ahh, I see you made a friend" teased Howard. Ayaka leaned towards me and asked, "Is he your butler or something?" . I looked at Howard and I can see his facial expression shifting to bright to hot-headed after he heard that. Yet, he forces a smile to hide his anger. Stuttering, I replied to Ayaka "Uh.. yes but also no. He's my uncle's assistant" . "Hey Kazaki, where are your heading to?" Ayaka asked. 

I answered. " I was supposed to meet someone"

 "I'm not sure who..."

 "But for sure, he is an old friend of my father's friend"

Ayaka nodded. "Well then, I should be going no. Hope you'll find him, see ya later Kazaki!" She waved at me with a cute smile. "Hey kid, I think we should be get going too"

 Howard accompanied me to a huge luxurious hall. However, it turns out to be a someone's private room, rather than a hall. I saw someone was carelessly lying on a couch I bet he's the person that I was supposed to meet, I couldn't see who it is because he covered his face with a pillow. He must be Uncle Fuguromo's old friend.. "Oy, Chyun! Are you dead, you moron?" "Better get up before I'll make you surely dead" Howard jokingly threatened  his friend. I thought he was just a lazy ass old man that always wanted to take a nap, but turns out he's a good-looking 6ft tall man and not to mention the tension here that represents his strength. As Howard mentions his name, he is indeed the guy that Uncle Fuguromo mentioned before..

  ...Chyun Ha Sook

  "Ahh~ you're here. My apologies, I got so tired of waiting for you guys so I took a nap to pass time."

"Did you guys go shopping at the mall or something?" said Chyun. Howard replied "Well, if it's wasn't this kid playing with Calcilius we've could gotten here earlier". "Oh hahaha I see" chuckled then Chyun stared at with such sharp gaze. With two fingers signaling, Chyun said "Come here kid". I walked towards him slowly, curious yet nervous. "So.. you best Kazaki Arakishi. I heard about you from Fuguromo. I see that you haven't unlocked your Myroh yet but did something beyond that.." confused, I replied to him "Huh what did I do?". "Oh it was nothing" he shook his head and gave me a suspicious smile. Chyun turned his head back to Howard and told him to escort me to a room they use to stay. "You've got a big day waiting for you tomorrow kid, so you better get yourself ready" Chyun said. Events, after events. I became more curious, but worried because I didn't prepare anything.. Neither clothes nor food. "Ohh don't worry about that, I have prepared it for you right before you came here." Chyun added. As Howard was about to escort me to the room, he then got called by Chyun to discuss about something, I was told to wait outside. After a minute, Howard came out the door, he looked at me and whispered "I see..."

Then off we go.
