(POV Rika)

My vision became blurry, my head started to spin, my heart was beating fast. I knelt on one of my legs while supporting myself with the rapier I used in the fight earlier. I attack Lucas with my strongest magic “Raio”. As expected, I was unable to endure the side effect after using it. That magic used up too much mana. I tried to correct my gasping breath, but my vision started to get blurry. I heard someone calling me from a distance, but who was it? The sound I heard got smaller and smaller, then my vision became dark and suddenly there was only darkness there.

I was once again in a garden that stretched wide with yellow flowers. I walked along a small path that led to a hill. My steps suddenly stopped when my gaze fell on a blue butterfly. It flew here and there as if inviting me to play. It slowly flew towards the hill at the end of this path, I followed it like a girl following her mother. For some reason, my gaze was only directed at the butterfly as if hypnotized by it.

After a while of walking, the butterfly flew away and disappeared into the sky. I came back to my senses and realized that I was already at the hill I was going for before. I looked around me and found a black-haired boy sitting with his back to me. He was wearing a cloth that looked like a worn-out black robe. I ventured to call him.

No answer from him. I slowly approached him. The closer I got to him, the colder the air I felt. Without realizing it, the sky that had been bright became dark as if swallowed by a storm. After confirming the surroundings, I looked back at the boy. He looks like he is burying or digging something in the ground, what is that? I got closer and found him digging a black box.

“What are you digging?”

“!!!!”

After hearing me, the boy then turned his face but before I could see it, lightning struck and made a flash which finally covered my view from the boy's face. The atmosphere then brightened, and when I opened my eyes, there was an unfamiliar roof up there.

"Rika, are you okay?"

“Ahh Tia, what happened?”

“You lost consciousness after the fight earlier, so you were brought by Prof. Gin here.”

It seems that after I lost consciousness back then, Professor Gin took me to the infirmary to rest. After looking around, there was also Lucas who seemed to be unconscious.

Seeing me returning, Proferssor Gin greeted me. The other students' gazes also shifted for a moment to me who appeared with Tia.

"I'm fine professor, thanks for your help"

"No, it's fine, it's my job to make sure you're all safe, there's a lot I want to talk to you, but maybe next time"

I'm a little confused, what does it mean? What does he want to talk to me? Maybe because of the magic I use to attack Lucas before. Lost in my thoughts, the sound of an explosion from the center of the arena drew my gaze towards it.

Professor Gin announces the winner, marking the end of the fight. Shimon reached out his hand towards Hendrick and pulled him. Shimon can make friends with anyone, he is a warm man in my opinion. Shimon then returned to where we were with Hendrick

After joking around for a while, Professor Gin stood up and announced the next battle.

“Emmm, since Frederica can't fight anymore today, Chloe will directly fight Raju after this. And Lisa with Shimon for the next match. Chloe and Raju, please come forward.”

Raju came forward while taking something from his pocket. It looks like a cloth, or a white bandage. He wrapped it in his arms while walking towards the battle arena. The girl named Chloe on the other hand went straight to the armory. She was a little mysterious because she rarely interacted with people so far. Raju and Chloe then take their place in the arena. Professor Gin then gave a signal signaling the start of the battle

Shortly after, Chloe threw 3 knives at Raju then turned around as if the fight was over. The knives did not hit Raju but only stuck around Raju. Raju who felt no threat remained on his stances waiting for Chloe to attack, but Chloe didn't seem to care about the fight anymore. Suddenly Prof Gin frantically shouted

“GET OUT  FROM THERE RAJU!!!!”

Everyone is shocked, what does that mean? The attack didn't even hit Raju.

Immediately, a prism-shaped ice pillar with a triangular base appeared from the 3 blades that Chloe threw. Lucky Raju managed to get out of the area in time, otherwise, it would have been very dangerous for him. 

Who exactly is this girl named Chloe? I got goosebumps looking at her back which slowly disappeared from the other side of the arena into the hallway.
