I slipped out of my room and down the stairs without being noticed. I ran up to Ardera's car and opened his boot, getting inside and slamming the boot closed. It was entirely dark when I exhaled deeply through my nose. I heard them approaching his car and entering it. The engine started and we were on our way.

Oh my god, I can't believe I did it.

"You think Meltem will be safe at home alone, that just doesn't sit well with me," Arderas said, his voice low. He was thinking of me, and he was concerned about me. I put my hand on my chest and felt my heart pounding.

"Dude, she'll be OK, and why are you continually mentioning my sister?"

"I'm giving you a heads up, Arderas; she's my younger sister."

" Relax, I'm seeing Lia. Meltem is also like a sister to me; all I'm concerned about is her safety." My heart sinks as I furrow my brows. I raised my head and collided with the boot. I grimaced quietly and lay back down, holding my head.

" Did you hear that?"

" Yeah, it's probably just my stuff in there."

" Arderas, are you hiding a dead body in there?"

And yes, it's me, but I'm not dead.

After a few moments, I began to feel extremely hot and sweaty, as well as claustrophobic. The car abruptly comes to a halt, and you can hear them exiting the vehicle.

" Caden, go ahead, I'll be there in a minute," Arderas said. I turned around, nervous, when he suddenly opened his boot and stared at me in surprise. As we came face to face, I widened my eyes.

"Meltem?" He was perplexed, peering at me with wide eyes.

I softened my brows at him, slightly shrugging my shoulders, unsure what to say. He takes a peek up and around him. He slowly placed me back down while still holding me, after placing both hands on my waist, and pulled me out of his boot. I inhale his aroma as I look at his chest. He closes his boot and softly pulls me back, his harsh eyes fixed on me.

" Meltem, what are you doing here?"I felt my body weaken just from his touch on my waist, and I felt a tingling sensation all over.

Staring gently into his eyes, I felt my cheeks warm up.

"I...I wanted to come," I admitted honestly, my lips pressed together.

"Don't do that,"he said as I returned my gaze to his and noticed his eyes had darkened somewhat.

"D-don't do what?" I replied. Looking aside and licking my lips, I inquired anxiously. Observing the several parked vehicles and the loud music coming from behind me. I chewed on my lower lip before returning my gaze to him.

"That. Don't bite your lower lip "My cheeks reddened, and I felt a cold shudder run down my spine. As he leans back, he looks aside and clears his throat, letting me go. He rubbed his chin.

"I'll take you home; you shouldn't have come."

He abruptly grabbed my hand and led me to his car. I came to a halt and slowly drew my hand away, causing him to whirl around and tremble on me. I could feel his lips brushing against mine.

" Please don't take me, I want to stay."

" Your brother will be upset."

" He won't notice, Caden is usually wasted." I mentioned this in an attempt to persuade him. He sighed deeply and scratched his head violently.

" Meltem, this area isn't for you; you won't enjoy it."

"Who knows, maybe I will." I responded confidently. I bit my lower lip and turned to walk away. Arderas grabs my upper arm and pushes me roughly back to the car. As he leans his body against mine, I gently gasp. I inhaled deeply through my nose, my gaze fixed on his lips.

"Are you attempting to enrage me?"

"Because it's working," he said angrily, his minty breath tickling against my face. "And what exactly are you wearing?" " This isn't even you?"

"I wanted to try something different, okay?" He looks away, nodding his head to himself, and places his tongue on the side of his inside cheek. With a serious expression on his face, he returned my stare. Suddenly, he grabs the hem of my skirt with both hands and pulls it down firmly. He keeps pulling them down so that my legs aren't as visible. And with each yank, I took a step closer to him, my breathing becoming more intense. He yanks at me once more, forcing me to get closer to him. As he continues to tug my skirt down, he glances into my blue eyes and then into my lips.

" Try not to reveal yourself too much if you want to try something new"

" Arderas, that wasn't even that short-" He pointed his finger at me and motioned for me to be quiet.

"It was for me," he stated calmly. I gave him a sweet smile and nodded. His smile returns, and it melts my heart. His silky light brown curls were brushing against his eyes, and I was resisting the impulse to stroke them.

"I'll take you somewhere inside where no one will see you, and then I have to get back to Caden," he added as he took my hand in his and led us towards the house. Staring down at our hands, I felt my heart pound. I blushed at the sight of it.

Oh my god, he's holding my hand.
