Simon wanted a dog. So, he goes to his boyfriend, Markus, the leader of the android revolution. “Markus.” Simon walks into the “paint room” as Josh calls it. “Hm?” Markus hummed, he glanced at him, his shirt was filthy, there was plant splotches all over it. “Can we get a dog?” Simon asked. “Uhh.” Markus thought for a moment. “Do you think everyone would be able to handle it?” He asked, Simon nodded. “Yes.” Simon smiled. “Alright…” Markus set the palette down, setting the brush in water, he stared at the finished painting. “Let me go change.” Markus kissed Simon’s cheek, walking away. Simon blushed, he waited for Markus to come back. “Ready?” Markus asked, Simon nodded, grabbing Markus’s hand, interlacing their fingers. Their artificial skin retract, showing the white chassis underneath. 

Simon rounds up North and Josh and they all head to the pound. 

Simon finds a small chihuahua. “No,” Markus shook his head, Simon frowned. He walked over to another cage, which had a senior Golden Retriever in it. “What about this one?” Simon asked. “That one’s to old.” North said. “So? He was abandoned.” Simon frowned. “What if we get a young one and a senior?” Markus offered, North, Josh and Simon nod. They end up adopting the senior golden retriever and a Dalmatian puppy. They name the retriever Trooper and North names the (female) Dalmatian Tulip.

Markus and Simon hang out with Trooper, giving him love and attention until he passed a year later. They kept Tulip, giving her as much love and attention they could muster after loosing a dog.
