"Do you believe I'm stupid enough to tell my brother? He'll never let me see the daylight again." I said it honestly, my severe expression fixed on him.
" Okay, I'm just keeping an eye out for you."
"Move, Arderas," I ordered sternly, avoiding looking him in the eyes. I return my gaze to him, noticing that he was now frowning down at me.
"Tell me, I'm listening," he shouts furiously as he approaches me. I swallow hard, feeling insignificant in comparison to him. When Arderas gets close enough, he comes to a complete stop.
Caden was dead asleep on the couch. Of course, he was squandered. It's not surprising.
" Okay, goodnight,"
"Oh my god, get out!"
I yelled and hurled a pillow at him, covering my body with the garments I had just removed. He swiftly closes the door, and I change into my pajamas. I burst out of my room, seeing him still scratching his head out in the corridor. He looks down at my attire as he swings his head over to me.
"What makes you think you'd lie my brother?" I inquired, my face flushed with perplexity.
"Because he thinks I'm interested in you."
"I don't," I responded, turning to the side and coming to a complete halt when he placed his other hand on the door. I'm stuck in the middle. Turning around to face him, I take a nervous gulp.
"You don't huh?" He murmured, peering down at me, as if he didn't believe me. My heart felt like it was going to burst out of my chest.
"But I care," he continued, causing a tiny grimace on my face. He presses his lips on mine as he leans in. I scream inside as I widen my eyes. He put his hand behind my back and drew me further closer to him so he could kiss me even more deeply. I kissed him back while closing my eyes and grasping his shirt. His other hand reaches down and grabs my ass. I moaned quietly, and his lips brushed against mine with a smirk.
