The Cracking Crystal:

I had become a monster. 

Oh, the feelings I felt!--The sheer force of energy pulsating from my heart outwards-It was something I say! Now, how I got to this point is a story on it’s own, oh indeed it is--The master I once served, a god with crackling and smoky energy running and fuming out from him-the vibes he gave off, oh I tell you, they were something else--Me and some other pointless servants were really grinding his gears off. His anger rose above the atmosphere and he burst out--the ground cracking--The terrible terrors he presented to us, it was something no one being could comprehend--None but one--This little specimen took it upon himself to calm the beast--The hulk of rage took the gem from the servant. The steaming and crackling cloud and fire of pure hearted anger dissolved into the gem--Piece-by-piece swirling around like a tornado he was caught inside it. We were safe, but with no master--Even then, I wouldn’t want to go back after what he did to me..

The seconds passed. The damp and cold sky looming over us as we stood over the old and rusty marble floor over the calm waves.

He then came back.

The huge and spiky arms--The ever so flowing grey hair--A mouth with 6000 and more of what seemed to be teeth--2 piercing eyes staring into our souls--And the gem rested where his nose once was. He screamed at the top of his lungs and the clouds burst from this. As I ran from this horrifying creation, I tripped on a crack and my leg was stuck.  As I frantically pushed my frail and useless hands on the slippy marble surface the beast grew closer.  He retracted his arm and clenched his fist.  My body fuming with sweat as I tried my hardest to get up, but to no avail. The beast swung his hulking fist and I felt the crack in my back and my whole body as I fell through the  ground into waves below. As I tried my best to get out but I couldn’t move a single decimeter to save my sorry soul. The world engulfed in darkness around me as I fell into limbo, away to Heaven or Hell…

...Or so I thought--As I was starting to feel a force of energy in the platform where I once lived.

It pulled me in and I rose out of the dark and terrifying waves, to see a world distorted bit-by-bit--Everywhere I looked.Shapes were added or misaligned and the tone of the overall atmosphere was new, but in a good way. I now saw a world distorted from the comfort I knew, to see a world corrupted by its own doings.  As I landed on the platform I saw the thing which brought me back. It was a hexagonal gem with a bright and beaming yellow tint and glow to it. My eyes steaming from the sight. As I crawled closer I laid a hand on it--The world becoming more distorted second-by-second. I looked around at my new home, but then I remembered what he did to me which got me here. He pushed me into a limbo of sadness and fear and I had to live through every second of it--I had, no, have to get rid of the terror that pushed me into this. 

I had become...free. 

This story was written as a piece of work I did in school. It  was meant to mimic the style or language of a writing piece we looked at, which is why the ‘Oh!-...’ is used a lot. The story is partly done so I could make ways to add in the characters I’ve had in my mind onto paper, or a screen. This details the birth of ‘Tiger’ a being with fire and lightning powers, who also was born along with the 2nd (recorded) DELUSIONAL. I think I picked this character as it fit well with what I was meant to do, and I hadn’t really done a story or focused much on it yet. 

But as you see after, we will now get the way this came to be….
