"Papa... you came... what happened?"... Puppy and Eva came out of the bedroom.

"No, it's nothing puppy... here, go and enjoy the ice cream, Papa will make yummy food for you both"... April smiled at Puppy and Eva after giving two cones of ice cream to them. They both went back to the room. April rose and walked towards the kitchen table and sat down on the chair. He looked so disturbed. 

"Jorden"... April said to himself with a very concerned face. His memory ran back to the day he met him for the first time... 

[ April's POV]

"Hey man... Jorden... come fast the class is gonna start"... I heard some students yelling in the hall while I was coming out of my class to the library.

"Man, stop wandering out and attend the class you have the lowest attendance in class"... another one said...

but then suddenly someone bumped into me. Both I and him fell to the floor... 

"aha!"... I looked at that student, he had very beautiful golden yellow eyes, silver hair, and a very handsome face. From that appearance, I knew he was no ordinary Alpha. 

"I'm sorry, senior, are you okay?"... he asked me after offering a hand to get up.

"It's ok... I'm fine"... I got up on my own the walked away fast because he had a very sweet and tempting smell and I couldn't stand it. That was the first time I saw him. Jorden King, an elite Alpha junior, later changed my whole life upside down.

"Papa is food ready?"... April woke up from his thoughts after hearing Puppy's voice... 

"huh!... yes in a minute puppy"... April got up fast and then began making food.

After eating together with Violet and Eva, April tucked both of them into bed. He sat in his balcony chair staring at the vast night sky filled with twinkling stars and the crescent moon.

'It's not him right?.. no maybe I mistook... should I call June and ask her to stay here for some days?... Huh!... I couldn't move my body after seeing him, even though I didn't confirm it was him. I'm pathetic'... April pondered while sipping his tea. 

A few moments later, he heard the sound of the house bell. It was Emma and Evan. April invited them inside.

"Aww... they fell asleep"... Emma peeked at Violet and Eva sleeping. 

"Yeah, they were tired after playing so much, we should do sleepovers more often"... said April... 

"April, aren't they looking like a cute pair?"... Emma with sparkling eyes asked.

"What are you doing?... shipping your daughter?" hahaha... Evan laughed... 

"well, we have already decided that long ago, right April?"... Emma looked at April who was going to make some more tea. 

"yes"... April smiled back nodding his head... 

"you too"... Evan rolled his eyes, sitting on the kitchen chair. 

"April... don't need to make tea, I have something better here"... Emma takes out a small vine bottle from her purse.

"eh?.. when did you take this from the party?"... Evan looked surprised.

"I was bored while you were busy talking with the higher-ups, so sneaked one in my purse"... Emma winked like a child.

April laughed after hearing it... "Then I will take glasses"... He took three wine glasses from the cupboard and then sat along with Evan and Emma. They began talking about the party but Emma kept thinking about something else, she seemed lost in her thoughts. 

"April, I will show you the photos"... Evan picked up his phone and then started showing April the photos he took at the party.

"Wow!... this party looks so opulent"... April replied after seeing the photos.

Then suddenly, Emma snatched the phone then... 

"It's not the party you need to see April, look at this CEO, he looks so handsome and young". Emma picked a photo and then showed it to April.

April's eyes widened in shock, his body trembled and he began sweating. The fear he felt not so long ago has returned...  "JO...Jorden?... he is?"... his lips shivered and words are broken.

"You know him?"... asked Evan

April stayed tranquil

"As I thought, when I saw Jorden King at the party, Violet's face came to my mind. They appeared the same. But I thought, it may be a coincidence, and then I heard him mentioning the xxx city, your hometown, as where he studied. So my doubts got strong. April, Is Jorden King, Violet's Alpha father?"... Emma asked.  

April was speechless, he couldn't answer her. He looked down with teary eyes. Then he nodded agreeing with Emma.

"What?... Jorden King, the heir of King's group is Violet's Alpha Father?... Shit! he is my boss now"... Evan banged his fist against the table.

"So, Mr. Jorden King is the one who raped you... Emma grinned her teeth... But how?... he is from the richest family in the country?"... Emma asked

"He was my junior in high school, I was a brilliant student from preschool, so I got a scholarship to study in one of the most prestigious high schools. I met him there... But Violet only has one father and it's me... I have to look for another job somewhere if he is coming to this city"... April replied after twiddling with his fingers.

"What?... fleeing again?... no way"... Evan said

"Yes, April, you don't need to run away, he raped you... what he did is a crime, he needs to be behind bars"... Emma stated raged.

"I know, But I just wanna live my life peacefully with Puppy, I don't want to involve with him anymore"... April looked scared

Emma and Evan stayed with April some more time talking and sharing old memories, trying to cheer him up. 

After they left with Eva, he went and lay down next to Puppy and hugged her. 

"I only need you my puppy, you and me right?... and I will never give you to anyone... I'm sorry for giving you a family like this"... April kissed her forehead...
