After you left with Fiona, I went back to the restaurant and joined in the meeting with Jorden and others. He was silent till the end and didn't even glance at me. Then after the meeting, he called me...

Jorden: "What happened to Se--- I mean April?"... 

Evan: "His heat came after exposing to angry Alpha pheromones, Boss"

Jorden: "as I thought, he still can't handle my scent, anyways, does your wife knows about your relationship with April?" he asked with a creepy grin

Evan: "Excuse me, Sir, April is like a brother to me and he is my wife's best friend"... I was irritated 

Jorden: "I was just asking out of curiosity, don't worry... he was pretty famous back in our school days".

Evan: "Pardon me, sir, I don't know what happened between you and him, but April is the kindest and most honest person I ever met"... as our conversation continued I was getting more annoyed at him.

Jorden: " Yeah, he does have an innocent face, that I will never forget"... That face he made was pure despise

Then he smiled at me again, and returned to the office.

'Emma, you can't ask that... he is already depressed"... Evan scolded her
