The sword was small and sharp with marks of white thunder.
They wore a white dress with silver shoes that seemed to shape a soft boot rather than rough and hard.
There were no pants or skirt as it was only a dress and their hair was long and white as their figure was small resembling a small child. Their skin toned white such as my own.
They gazed at our direction as their eyes showed a light color of white with the outer layer mixing a lighter blue color.
The man seemed afraid and angry compared to before as his laughter and large smile became a thought face of defeat and pressure. His eyes went back to me as I was his original target to begin with.
"I must at least eliminate the cause!"
He rushed at me as his speed became faster after losing his hands and sword.
However he was met with the loss of both legs as he fell down before reaching me as the girl appeared in front of him with her back facing him.
Her gaze was serious as she stared back in disgust as she placed her sword in its scabbard on her waist.
"Tch!"
He screamed in pain and anger, he stared off at me once more as his body became immovable.
He hit his head onto the ground over and over leaking blood out of his head alongside his legs and arms. The girl approached him and bent down lower to speak.
"Your name?"
"I have none, I go by Theoryn the Fiend."
"Why are you targeting the infant child?"
"To detain the awakening of the end. A command passed by the Calamity Gods, in completion I would be immortal."
"Oh, so it was all to human greed. Well, goodbye."
Her hand lifted, covered in blood as the man's head rolled out of his corpse. She was unfazed and seemed to have gotten used to all the blood that poured out of the corpse.
She seemed young but perhaps she's further than just a small child.
She moved to Alrei who was losing blood but still breathing and living. He continued coughing blood as the arm in his chest continued to hurt his inner body.
"Alrei.."
"Do not worry young lady. Leave it all to me."
There was a brief silence as a woman had appeared and stood atop of Alreis body wielding a staff. She said no chant as she was merely whispering it to herself.
"God's Blessing: Ex-Healing."
The girl removed the arm quickly as the spell immediately took effect and started to gather every lost body part. All injuries healed in rapid speed as it also restored his body to its former way.
"Thank you, Cantia."
"It's no problem at all Lady Criselia."
Their gaze turned to us as a large man entered the scene from behind. He was large as he wore heavy armor of gold and iron. Robes filled his clothing as his face was met with a long beard and a tough face with long hair. He holds a scar in his left eye resembling three finger nail scratches of a wolf or other entity.
"I am Astolfo Alwrein the Third. I apologize for the abrupt combat that relayed itself into your premises. I am aware that the whereabouts of Zurine are not to be around here at this moment and day. But please relay my message of proposition over my daughter Criselia."
Astolfo, that's right the hero who sealed away some demon god many years ago. Wait, he's still alive.
Mother put me on the chair as she attended her guests and sat them down into a chair. She trembled in fear not because of who they were but for what she closely lost and experienced.
They were strong, I could see that but it was still a terrifying sight. The clashing of their swords, the bringing back to regular life, they were way stronger than even mother. It was terrifying.
"He's not here now, but perhaps you could await his arrival."
The girl took her seat beside me and only stared at me intensely. I turned to face her and gave a small smile.
She resisted first but turned around as a small blush became visible as she turned which only furthered my confusion. She turned again as she held out a small ice formed rose as she placed it in my mouth as if trying to feed me.
So I opened my mouth and allowed her to feed me the thing which as I bit felt as if it relieved something within me. It had calmed me down from something I didn't know was bothering me as I instinctively smiled and made her blush even more.
She was all over the place in her emotions. Wasn't she serious just a moment ago?
"Hmm? What happened here?!"
A scream of questioning came in the entrance gate where father stood bringing his horse into its shack.
He was the same as I'd seen him before. He came closer avoiding the corpse laying there without even getting cleaned out of the scene.
He went to mother who was distracted and only spooked her with his arrival. She bursted out crying when the maid attended her and moved her to a seat.
Father had arrived and by the looks of it Astolfo wanted some sort of conversion with him. Good or bad it was a decision that had to be made as it sounded as something Astolfo wanted as he arrived here.
"Why are you here Lord Astolfo?"
"I've come to propose my daughter's marriage to your son Luke."
"Eh?"
Beside me the girl seemed as confused as I was over what they were saying aloud. Her cheerful mood changed immediately to oppose her father's proposition.
"Luke, ah. Very well, I guess it was what we had planned to begin with."
It appears it had been a long thought conversation between the two. So this isn't the first time they'd spoken over who married who in our household.
Although I am surprised I had siblings, which I did expect.
"I object to this proposition!"
She screamed aloud as she sat up from her seat and looked at them directly with anger.
"Criselia?"
The father seemed to be confused as well, wasn't he the one who wanted this? Shouldn't he look more mad than confused?
