Her essence filled our surroundings as she formed ice, lightning and water around everyone around. She wasn't seeking to harm but the attention of her father and my own.
Astolfo sat there as well as father with the same expressions of being confused. Even the others remained the same as there was more of a meaning to their decision than what is known.
"Why do you object? Wasn't this what you wanted? Luke is strong and has become adapted to the sword and has minimal control over magic."
Huh, wait it was Criselia who wanted a marriage and he was just going to strike a deal?
"Father, you've always had it wrong. It is he who is fated to be with me!"
Everyone's gaze turned in a single direction as I looked at where she pointed and her finger struck my face to mention me.
Huh? Somethings wrong here?
"Lady Criselia, there must be something wrong. Viole had only been born a year ago and hasn't shown any adaptability to magic nor the sword."
Father seemed to protest only due to my age of infancy and her age of a child.
"Viole, what a beautiful name."
You're getting distracted!
"I don't seem to understand, you've always mentioned dreaming of a young man with white toned hair, this child is nowhere near white hair. The only one to have a closer look is none other than Luke and he's already professed himself to you?"
"That's disgusting."
It was like a quarrel between daughter and father. It's a common case although I don't see a dream leading to an actual reality.
Mother stood her ground as she received everyone's attention. She blushed in embarrassment and by the looks of it, I was afraid of what would come out.
"Viole is capable of using magic. He's already exceeded the norm of a beginner ranked sorcerer. If properly thought he may end up reaching higher heights compared to us all."
Silence emitted among everyone at the table.
"As expected."
The girl slowly got on my nerves while mother revealed that I am not normal, furthermore more skilled than the regular beginner ranks.
Astolfo stood up as to still object to the proposition being built by his own daughter from what he viewed as more ideal and of a reality to his daughter.
"There is no proof of handling the sword. I will give the child to advance his skills. I believe we must wait a little longer, Sir Zurine."
He stood up and departed himself as he dispersed like ashes and the woman with healing abilities followed behind. As the man waited for Criselia.
"Wait for me alright."
A smooch got placed in my cheek that left my young face red. She disappeared in a flash and the man followed behind like light.
"Capable of handling magic, I wonder how far he would exceed me."
Despite being given new information as a parent to show more worry over his child. He seemed to be more competitive and engaged in my ways of learning. He stood up and began to examine me around very carefully so as to not miss a single detail.
"Looks just like Lara? Lara managed to be the same, although it did take her longer to move ahead in beginner ranked magic."
Lara? Would that be a sister or another mother? Only time will tell at this point.
Several Days Ago
A boy roamed a small town escaping pursuers. He landed in a small location, dark and sinister with barely anything to be seen.
"The more I see myself the further happy I become knowing my current self."
A voice within the darkness echoed in the area as footsteps approached loudly. The sound of clanking metal emerged in the area as the boy pulled out a blade.
The entity appeared with a sinister smile and a flesh made belt.
"I am you, tell me do you want my power?"
The boy was hesitant until he saw that they both had a similar injury in their forehead that made the man's claim true. He then agreed.
"You will leave behind the past and continue on living under the guidance of our gods, the Eight Calamity Gods. Live as us, Theoryn!"
He chugged a loaded green drink at the boy as the boy's body reacted, popping his veins and changing him completely. He'd fall unconscious and the man would leave the area as he left a large red book to the hands of the boy.
This is only the beginning!
