Read The Rightful Hero :: Vol 1-Ch-14- Funeral

3 days passed since Hiro's death. Both Anos and Sofia were devastated. The school authorities with the help of soldiers tried their best to find Hiro's corpse but they returned empty handed. Hiro's parents were informed about what had happen to their son after 1 day. They were completely shocked and couldn't believe the news as there was no proof of his death.After refusing the fact about Hiro's death for nearly 16 hours they finally came back to their senses and realised that it was the truth and their baby boy was no longer present between them.Hiro's took place 2 days after his death.Every teacher of the school attended his funeral along with several other people and the principal, students of Cvoiry class too attend the funeral and the relatives of Hiro and his friends attended too. Sofia came by early as possible to attend the funeral but it was not same for Anos,he came there at the last moment as he was feeling guilty for not being able to do anything to save his friend. Despite his unbelievable amount of power he couldn't do anything.After the funeral ceremony was over both Anos and Sofia went along with Hiro's parents to their house. The house was not too big but it was not too small either. The house was in perfect condition despite its old appearance. Hiro lived there with his parents and his little sister.Her name is Jasmine and she is 5 years old.The environment around the house was sad and gloomy.Neither Anos nor Sofia could tell anything which can comfort Hiro's parents.After some chatting with Hiro's parents Sofia and Anos returned to their dorm.

Anos-Did you see their faces?

Sofia-Sure did. They seemed broken from the inside.

Anos- They lost their precious child in such a short time. Hiro's parents were showing their tough side in front of their baby girl to hide the fact that they are sad but to others it was clear as fresh water.

Sofia-If I had waited there for some more time my tears could have rolled out of my eyes which would have made the environment more sad than it was before.

Anos-It all happened because of my incompetence.I wasn't able to save him.Because of me he stayed there in front of the demon even when he knew that he had no chance of winning against that demon.

Sofia- Don't blame yourself Anos. Hiro did what he thought was right. We will never forget about his sacrifice and that's how he will always live on in our hearts.

Anos-I promise that I won't allow anyone to forget about what Hiro did to save us all.

After walking for few minutes they finally reached the place where they had to go their different paths as their dorms were located in opposite directions to each other.

Sofia-Good night Anos see you tomorrow.

Anos-Good night Sofia we will meet again.

And then both headed their own way. On his way back Anos thought of the days when he was the captain of the whole border force how they had faced so many strong demons and annihilated them all. He thought of what the situation would have been if the demon attacked the border rather than the school. When thinking about that Anos realised something which was out of order. Something was off he thought how can a demon trespass the borders and reached at the middle of the continent without anyone noticing it.
