"Welcome to the ground." Ms. White says before she leaves the room. 

My vision blurs as I lose consciousness again. I wake up, in a different room this time. It's cozier and I realize I'm not bound anymore. My wing is still in a splint, but the pain is tolerable. The room has a bed, in which I am laying, a dresser, two chairs, and a table. I lift my head to look around more when another avian comes into the room. They look like a swallow, a lower-class bird for sure. I jump out of bed and pin them against the wall in seconds with my arm over their throat.

"Where the hell am I?" I demand. Well, at least my voice is back. "Y-y-y-you're with The W-w-w-wingless, my lady" they squeak.

I stagger back. Great. They've kidnapped me. How am I ever going to get out of here? The swallow, looking petrified slowly slips out of the room. I sigh and sit back on the bed. I put my head in my hands and start to formulate a plan.
